I like a little Brett in my PN. And the Sous Bois too! American oak is nice too. I’ve had it. The one I had was a 17, but I don’t remember it being over the top in acidity….hmmm.
Yeah, I'm wondering if it is related to the vintage/harvest. It doesn't feel like it was acidified in production. It was also 14% so I'm thinking that this was just a powerful growth year.

Some countries permit you from using a screw top. In Tuscany, you can’t call a wine by it’s region if it has a screw top.
