    I was working there on the side when i was in college working the weekend shift. It was great side money for me. I picked it up very quickly and was pulling a 130 after two months. It does put a hurting on your body though not a job for everyone. It's a decent job if your fresh out of high school trying to make some money.

      How much do you make ? Do you make the 29 dollars per hour they offer after reaching more than 200% percent? It's an ok job FOR THE MONEY. Otherwise, it's a very tiring job, especially if you're a casual and have no choice but to work the 13 hours selecting orders. It's easy as long as you pick cases once, set em down right where you want them, and keep it moving. No chit chatting with friends, no triple handling the same case, and no constant stops to wrap and you'll easily make it over 100 percent in performance rating. This shit only sucks because it's a mindless job and they hire anybody with a pulse (ex-cons, felons, etc.), so the work environment is dangerous.

  • @cancionessergio862
    @cancionessergio862 4 года назад +1

    For all the newbies I say to you if you want to make rate on you performance 100 percent or higher these are steps: 1: Run don't walk unless the case you're picking is one bay close to you.
    2: Pick the case once not twice (Do the best you can)
    3: Sometimes there's going to be rehandling cases in the orders you're doing so rehandled less that way you're making time not wasting it. Remember the pallet will fall into place and you'll be surprised.
    4: Be safe all the time. You'll know they'll tell you in the warehouse you start.
    Blesss everyone and have fun ❤️❤️❤️❤️

    total BS video. In the very first clip he should have begun stacking on the far side of the pallet. The "associates" shown are doing nothing close to what is expected. I work at the store level and warehouse people constantly ship the wrong items because it makes their job easier. Kroger does not care about their "associates" only the bottom line. People who have been there for years have learned to game the system because they know the Union will protect them from being fired for being slackers. Shop there but don't work there unless your'e lazy. If that's the case they will make you a Manager real quick.
