Never understood that. If we pick 70-120 cases an hour it can range 50-100%. 100 cases hr should be 100% not a 45%

In Denver CO you will see rates from 15 to 21 an hour but it will vary upon the difficulty of the job.
Walmart DC pays up to $22 base rate and $27/$28 with incentive
