Its really easy when the boxes are the same size. My work almost never has such perfect sized boxes. We get bigger challenges by shipping items without a perfect shape.
I saw one site said to stack in columns, which while increasing compression strength if you put pallets on top of one another, it makes them weaker when forklift trucks and lorries move them. You are reliant on the strength of the stretch wrap which may suffice for packets of crisps but water or cement bags is a different matter. The site also missed one problem with the column stack is that although putting corner to corner is theoretically stronger from a "straight down" load, boxes can fail in a bending "rickets" type fashion if a side or corner gives out.
I can confidently assert that you can lose upwards of 50% of the stacking strength when using alternating layers. Column stack for strength. Use layer separator pads every nn layers for stability.
I guess the Solution for this is Ultra High Frequency RFID Tags which has all the information and can be scanned even from outside and some distance. Just do some research.
It can use stretch hood wrapper! More stable and well protect. For more information, you can contact me directly! Whatsapp & Tel: +86 181 0550 2825 Email: hongsen2017@126.com
Sourabh Bankar they should teach you patterns, if they’re not teaching you. They’re not doing their job. It took me like 2 months to learn all the patterns.
Dear asapwi, With your due permission can i use your video not any of your audio part for my youtube channel. Just the some part of your video i will give credit in descrition. Thanks
It can be used for overstock pallets where one sku is on the entire pallet, qty of boxes is marked on inventory and pre stickered where you don't need to see it all the time.
@@Billybillybillyrocking yh in retail a pallet can have 200+ cases on it all different items but the pallet label is coded and databased to whats on it who picked and wrapped it etc
@@girlsdrinkfeck yes and this is done a lot as long as the software and shipper who made the pallet does it and uses it. If the distributer or manufacturer doesn't do it then it won't matter. And depending on how it's labelled their is a potential for losing that label that accounts for the product. Especially if you can't label the product box directly.
Nice video! I need to translate the names of palletizing patterns (chimney style, for example) and I just can't find them! Can you give a hand or tell me where I can do so? Tks in advance!

Thanks. It helps to understand the unseen working of forces due to external influence.
It’s all about the layout of the warehouse to get perfect stacking of the pallets
Facts
This is very educative thank you and God bless you
I need more practice my stacks sucked today
That one was easy.
What about when you have hundreds small boxes with different size... what do you do?
Shorter stacks, wrapped, flat cardboard on bottom and top also helps secure it.
are there places that palletize your your shipment for you?

I need to see how it's done
Question, at 3:38, how would you be able to scan the boxes with the labels facing inside?
Thanks

It's always like a game of Tetris so packages are always returned

Just get a new job. It’s a terrible job
This was great. Thanks.
Overlapping brick pattern is not good... A big key is that at least one face of each box should be available for labeling
