Awesome video on Cathay first! Really wanted to try first class, but finding award availability for 2 was impossible. Luckily we scored two J tickets and we can't wait to try out Cathay soon.
Nice video and interesting thing is that I flied there on June 2019 and during July i was still there 😂😂 and I adored the city especially Richmond where I can feel that I am living in Hon Kong :) Btw, I can make the lentil soup better 😂😂

I've wondered, watching other videos: does your dinner companion have to be also a first class passenger, or can you be joined by someone flying in a different class?

Nice cinematography (i see you are one man show eh recording whole thing) and ambient music choice. I see this video the only one with your face in the thumbnail pretty sums up your experience in this flight lol *How does it compared to other FC like JAL/Eithad etc?* Keep up the good work :)

The thumbnail is basically of me saying "WOW", haha. I can only compare with JAL, since that is the only other carrier I've flown First with. I preferred CX's seat more, although I found the food on JAL to be a bit better.
Hi, you mentioned that you can dine with whoever you are travelling with. Does this mean if you are travelling with someone who is in the business class section they can come and eat with you in first class?
My mom used to be a flight attendant for Cathay pacific but the business for the Cathay pacific in that pacific airport closed so my mom is jobless now also I was also at that airport too
I find Cathay Pacific lacking in the western options they offer for their main courses (beef and pasta in this case) in First Class. They should have seafood and chicken options as well for their western options.

Nah that extra seat doesn't count as an actual seat so only one person can book that spot unfortunately.

wow 12 hour layover? That must have been fun. I ONLY spent 5 hours but was not able to try the dayroom (nap room) in the Piers.
It was insanely fun! I didn't feel rushed at all and could take my time to enjoy both lounges and do gate spotting!
