sunscreen!!! i know a lot of people dont use sunscreen but it is so so important. look at pics taken of a woman who only applied sunscreen to her face and not her neck!!! major difference

Hey! As a respiratory therapist, Wixela is your asthma maintenance medication that reduces inflammation in your airways overtime. In the event that you have symptoms of an asthma attack (coughing, wheezing, chest tightness, shortness of breath, producing white frothy secretions) you should carry your rescue inhaler (either Albuterol or levalbuterol) because that will reduce your symptoms within 2-10 minutes. If you were to take your wixela symptoms would persist and become worse.

That a Powder Inhaler and I have one and my doctor says do not use that for an emergency. You use your blue and haler that's just a puffer for an emergency Just a tip. No hate love you.

I have a notebook for friends too! Lol when I was a manager at my first job, we were hiring a lot of people with visas from overseas that would work for the company for 3-6 months at a time? Mostly 3 months. And then I met people who would stay for a years time too. And so I had this idea when I became close friends with one of the groups of people, as they all traveled from the same countries and worked at specific places together. I had them write their address, full names, and a message so I could write them before the internet became more accessible with talking to people in other countries, like using WhatsApp or zoom.
At least if you're not going anywhere, you should still pack a lease.Another central bag so you can pack the leaves two outfits
gotta carry around paracetamol, ibuprofen, and antihistamines surely. pads and tampons for other around you. BANDAIDS!!! small pocket of tissues, or a handkerchief. sunscreen and lip balm!!!!

One cool tip I saw for travel is to put a sticker on your airpod case. When you put your AirPods on a hotel bed that has white bedding, you may not see it as you are packing your bag again. If you put a sticker on it it will be more visible. Hope that helps.
After being on international flights that had to land unexpectedly due to mechanical issues with the plane, I now carry a pair of underoos in my carry on bag. Even during an unplanned night in an unfamiliar country's airport ora sh!tty transit hotel, you can usually scrounge up toiletries. Clean underwear is not always so easy to find

The notebook that friends write in. That really sounds interesting. When I get some friends - I don't have any anymore because I got clean 613 days ago on August 17th 2021. I have online friends but I'm not really good at making friends and being semi new to recovery I'm just not ready for friends yet. I still have a lot of trust issues and maybe in the future I'll try to make one but I like being alone. I don't really get lonely often at all.
