Greetings Tim.
My wife and I want to express our gratitude for the videos you post and our appreciation for the effort that goes into them. In a world of over 800 million RUclips videos, we would rank yours as one of the best there is. Here is why.
You get to the point of the topics without all the side, unrelated material like what your dog ate for breakfast. You are educated on your topics and speak from experiences both good and bad. You do not add a lot of fancy fluff.
But most of all. your approach to common sense thoughts and processes is perfect. I am older and retired. I spent over 30+ years in a corporate environment where we were constantly being told to try the new "process of the day" approaches to our work. Most of those failed to understand and appreciate common sense methods. And as you point out in this video, we all need to have patience and not be in a big hurry for results.
Thank you. (And we are starting our new side hustle :-)
Agreed.
I couldn't agree more with Rocky. Thanks for your videos Tim. I'm just starting out too after working 15+ years in a corporate environment.
Remember how after dinner we all HAD to do our homework...no matter what? We didn't read the whole course or book in one night...same with etsy.."inch by inch its a cinch yard by yard its too hard"..then relax and refresh...we all are trained to burn out.
Great video, I really like your calm and down to earth approach to things. Time management can definitely be a struggle at times. Thanks for the tips!
I really enjoy how your videos have a great balance of encouragement/inspiration while also emphasizing that we're all imperfect and to be kinder to ourselves. Really glad the RUclips algo recommended your content.
Hi Tim, just want to say I really enjoy your video. Thank you for sharing your video and being very authentic!
Thanks for watching :)
Always good to know how other content creators manage their time, you can always learn new things to apply to your own schedule.
Thanks for watching :)
Man, the last advice is huge
Be kind to yourself! Yes man, were all a work in a progress
Hi Tim; I actually have the opposite problem where I have time to spare (recently moved out of state to get married - no job currently), but I’m desperate to make a “side hustle” work like yourself… I don’t think I’ll ever wish for a “real job” ever again. Trying to figure out my niche for one of these side hustles has been rough, some small ideas but need to turn them into money like yourself.
Finding a niche can be tough. The only thing I can say is to just try as many things as possible. I started a dozen "businesses/ideas" before one actually started making money. It can be a long search but once you find it, it's life changing. Wishing you the best!
Amazing video😄i am neurophysiotherapist by profession and i find it difficult to manage time so in hospitals whenever i have extra 15 min i upload atleast 2 designs and find niches😍
Thanks for the info! I need time management skills especially since my job requires more work from me since we have fewer employees.
Tim your are one of the Best ! Thank you for your kindness and your tips ! I always learn something with your videos !
I really appreciate it, Oceane! Thanks for watching :)
Time management is something ive always struggled with. Appreciate your tips!
Thanks for the tips Tim - working toward making real income off of my side hustles and this video was awesome ! 🤓
You got this!
One of the best time management videos I have ever seen. Lots of good tips. Thank you.
The new iPhone update lets you have different settings for hours of the day now from 12-3 my phone goes to personal mode I can still get calls, but other things are silenced. It helps me a lot especially with pesky emails or group texts. I will check from time to time in case something is urgent, but it also hides all of my apps except important ones too. It’s been a life changer!
I really like how you mentioned value too as including things we enjoy, I’ve been very careful about what I’m spending money on with the craziness in the world and the only subscription I have is crunchy roll because I do enjoy anime and it helps me relax and inspires me to draw. I used to have Netflix and stuff but I didn’t find the shoes as interesting, so it’s just crunchy roll and RUclips!
People come here and take away your healthy attitude. Thank you and wishing for your continued success on your business!
Thanks for watching :)
Thanks again...Noone really RUclipss this basic fundamental topic for etsy'ers to succeed in detail like this..grateful.
Found your videos a couple months ago and love your input regarding a side hustles. I am at the start of my side hustle and am taking my time getting set up. Value your input and thanks for sharing.
Great video Tim. I find the idea of daily highlights very useful and will definitely implement it from today. I always find it difficult to keep myself motivated when there's nothing interesting happening with my side hustle. Spending some time daily to add value in my business will surely keep me on track. Cheers
Hope it's as effective for you as it is for me! Wish you the best :)
Great video! I am definitely going to try the daily highlights and totally identified with the notifications interruptions...so I am either going to silence my phone for periods or turn off notifications. Thank you so much for sharing the tips! Greatly appreciated!
You are just fabulous. I have been struggling with this exact thing for a while now. I never seem to have enough time to get stuff done, but then I can never figure out where my time goes because it seems like I can blink my eyes and an hour has passed. I started an Etsy shop a few months ago, but now I haven't had time to do anything with it for over a month. I will be giving all of these suggestions a try! Thank you for the very helpful info! ♥
Hope you find them as useful as I do! Thanks for watching :)
Wow, this came at a perfect time! Thank you so much for this video. I love all the recommendations to keep track of time & also not eliminating all things i love to do just to be productive with my side hustle.
Tysm
Thanks for watching :)
Wishing you huge success! Your content is really relevant and thank you for your quality info. Spreading the word for your Etsy shop! Sending the best to you and your family. 😊
I really appreciate it Renae! Thanks so much for watching :)
You are an amazing coach!! Love your videos and find them so helpful and inspiring. thanks for sharing
Also BIG BIG TIP keep ALL ur personal stuff off ur work space, have an absolute separate desk for billing ,mail gaming...so sitting at etsy desk is ONLY Esty and u won't be pulled away doing that FIRST thinking.. then nothing left for your etsy time. Another tip is don't be tired.. don't do anything dragged out tired. Come back later refreshed. Just my 2cents ;>D
Yes! Keeping your workspace for work can be huge. Environment plays such a big role for getting your head in the right mindset to do something.
Got myself a timer! Thanks Tim! 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Intelligent discipline tips. Thank you. Great info as usual.
Thank you for sharing. Great insights as always!

Thanks for watching Alan :)
Great tips!
Thank you for this. I needed this today. :)
Thank you, Tim. My family is currently in Florida but we are going to sell our house and move to another state where we can buy a house outright with cash because the property taxes and home insurance in Florida is getting absurd. Add the inflationary grocery bill, baby diapers and formula- the cost just really adds up now. 😓
It's definitely tough out there right now. We gotta do all we can. Wish and your fam the best.
Your videos are so great! Thank you for all your tips🎉
Thanks for watching Kristi!

Hi Tim! Would you consider taking Ali Abdaal's Part Time RUclipsr Academy?
I've actually been thinking about but the time commitment has me hesitating right now. I did Matt D'Avella's "Mastering RUclips" so I'm a huge big fan of these type of courses.
I will never regret binging cobra Kai! 😂
Last season was pretty good!
sooi handsome... it helps 🥰
Tim also looks like he's been making time for the gym. Just sayin'
