Feeling insecure happen in childhood, adulthood, it's non-stop. When I try something new, as I am doing now with an online shop, I feel insure and the fear of failure is present, but I still go on hoping for the best. For many years I have read about very successful people in business, sports, politics, and many other areas of life, despite showing a lot of confidence, they were very insecure inside, it's a learning process, never ending. Thanks for the videos.
Going through one the harshest two years of my life. I needed to see this so thank you for the yours words of transparency when I needed it the most. Continue your journey as it fulfills every part of you. Thank you for sharing your confidence.🙏🏽
It’s so easy to focus on the negative and what one doesn’t have, but therapy can really help change your mindset especially when you’re anxious. You have to trick your brain into being grateful for what you’ve accomplished and what you’ve done and even yesterday I was feeling frustrated by the stress of work and the burn out from the the holidays, but then I was like you know at least im trapped in the snow like in Buffalo, I’m not stuck at the airports for days in parts of the country and I’m not being shelled by Russia right now. I used to feel so guilty, but now it’s like oh well this stress is less significant and I’ll get over it it/it won’t be here in the future.
For me, I am naturally really observant. I pick up on the little things about other people and I can pick up in context easily. Because of this, I get caught in the trap of thinking that everyone is like that, which is not the case. I feel like people can see all my flaws and it’s uncomfortable when people compliment me. I guess I am able to show outward confidence but I completely lack it on the inside. I started journaling to help myself gain more inward confidence.
I actually subscribed easily because I like your face 😭😭. But I’m watching all of your videos because I need to hear them. Thank you for sharing valuable information! I deal with the same thoughts when it comes to myself. Constant battle trying to get through it but it’s great that you didn’t let it stop you! It’s very helpful for the rest of us!!
It is very difficult to realize how lucky one is. But it helps to look at the old time photos of children falling asleep at their desks because in addition to going to school they were also working full time, and in many case overtime, factory jobs while going to school too.

I love your personality and honesty and the super chill vibe of your channel! Gratitude is such a powerful mental tool. I try to be grateful every day for having been able to work from home since 10 years and make a good living for my family, and raise my children without having to miss important events due to someone else’s orders. I grew up believing that everyone needs to get a 9-5 job to make a living. Discovering Etsy was the pivotal moment of me realizing I could make money online back in 2011 and that “getting a job” was by far NOT the only way.
Sounds like you have a really good thing going! Keep it up :) And I totally agree! I'm so grateful to be able to live in time where it's possible to make a living on the internet. Tim,yesterday i got etsy announcement "etsy shop has been currently suspended" how i request reopen my shop.my shop opened february 9th.yesterday i got monthly bill email.after one hour i got suspended.how ever i settled my bill yesterday. I want to know reason why i suspended.?is it permanent suspended? Can i take my shop back?
Comparison! That's difficult when you have a business and you have to walk a fine line. You have to follow what people are doing so you can learn but not so much that you obsess over comparing yourself to others
