Hello good video, my hot tub is a sundance 800 series, I hear a click but nothing starts, lights power on, the stereo works and the display shows 11A , press the buttons on the panel and nothing, any idea where to start , fuses are all working and tested. Really appreciate the help thanks
@@VIPPoolsandSpas Sundance hot tub's 11A error code indicates that the water temperature has risen above the spa's safety limits and has triggered the spa's "Watchdog" program. Take your fuse out to test and at the same time, inspect the fuse and the "Holder". You can leave the fuse in to test, BUT, I remove them to inspect the fuse and also inspect the fuse holder.

Hi there, mate,I have a balboa control unit, And the flow was not working as strong as it should. I thought it was the pump, The jet button when pressing started to stop working and just become to have a mind of its own. I notice once the pump started without pressing any button and once just stopped also. So because I was not getting much flow, first bought a new impellor, because the other one was destroyed. Did not solve the problem, still low flow. Now I have installed a new pump, And the same problem. So there was nothing wrong with the original pump. Now I installed the new pump today, normally it goes on PR for about 7 minutes then it all starts up normally. So when I put the breakers on, the pump was running on low speed, Straight away, that was strange, never done that before when PR is starting up the on process but is a new pump. The jet button stopped working again with a clicking sound coming from the Balboa control box. Could this just be a fuse problem, possibly. I am dumbfounded here. So now it is not the pump or capacitor, all new so , ruled out. The heating element is all fine and working, all checked there.
Hello, I have a 2016 Hot Springs jetsetter NXT and we had to turn the breaker off and we turned it back on and now the hot tub won't turn on. I'm so confused 😕
Because Hot Springs has proprietary electronic parts, they are the only ones that can help you with this issue. BUT. If there's nothing on the screen and or no sounds coming from any pumps, I would test the fuses.
I actually got it by tapping on one of the relays! I was so excited! Thank you so much for responding I really appreciate that more than you know. That was so nice.♥️♥️
@@VIPPoolsandSpas I changed the pump 3 fuse. That got the top side working again. Pump 1 still only clicks when I attempt to turn it on. Let me also add, It’s a brand new pump. I was told I needed a pump by a local pool and spa company because pump 1 only clicked. They’re too busy building a pool (small business) so I installed it myself.
@@jl456 The only thing I can think of is the transformer but thats super super rare. Do me a favor and turn pump 1 on and test the volts across pump 1 fuse.

One pump? If so, test the volts going the the pump and test the pumps capacitor

I changed the fuses to pump 1 and pump 2 on my arctic spas tub. Now the top side won’t turn on. Any clue or recommendations?
really? what spa pack do you have? Some spa packs will have a "little" glass fuse for the topside.

@@Nocturnal_beauty you put a new pump in the spot of pump 1?
@@Nocturnal_beauty Are the other pumps working?
None of the pumps work and my topside display stays in lock mode, even after getting a new display. I wonder if the fuses could be the issue.🤔🤔
Take it out of lock mode and test fuses.
Thank you. Please be prepared for the show next time.
lol
hope the tub is hot now?
What happens when the breaker keeps pooping back off, and won't reset
You have to test to see whats tripping the breaker. Try unplugging each thing at a time. We do have videos on testing just that.
I get power to my board but none of the fuses have power going to them . What could it be?
Continuity on all the fuses?
