You let the younger generation know that they can do it as well. The fact we are hiring onto the 777 is amazing! Quite the amazing time both now and ahead at all airlines. United is hiring on average 60-70 a week for the foreseeable future. I've been a long time watcher of your channel, all the way back when you got hired at Mokulele. One of my biggest moments in life was on my morning of my first ever intro flight, you posted the video of you starting at Envoy and I knew then and there I wanted to follow suite with you and become an airline pilot. I was a little confused and uneasy before if I really wanted to follow through with aviation, and your videos made me make up my mind. My PPL checkride is in 3 days and your videos are giving me lots of motivation to continue and try my hardest throughout this journey!

I'm doing the mid life career change myself. I did the training and paid cash out of pocket so no debt. I sold my car (GTR) to buy my own plane so I could time build with it and that was easily one of the best decisions I have ever made. I can go to the airport whenever I want and pull the plane out and just fly. That to me in heaven!!! I can't imagine doing it for a job in a few years but that's the plan barring any recession in the near future which is looking more and more likely. Can't wait to see your future as I am guessing you are going to the majors now. Keep on flying!

I've been a long time watcher of your channel, all the way back when you got hired at Mokulele. One of my biggest moments in life was on my morning of my first ever intro flight, you posted the video of you starting at Envoy and I knew then and there I wanted to follow suite with you and become an airline pilot. I was a little confused and uneasy before if I really wanted to follow through with aviation, and your videos made me make up my mind. My PPL checkride is in 3 days and your videos are giving me lots of motivation to continue and try my hardest throughout this journey!
Congrats on the captain upgrade! Before you know it you'll be stepping up to mainline American! I start my pilot journey on Tuesday and I'm beyond excited! Your videos inspire me even more

I'm doing the mid life career change myself. I did the training and paid cash out of pocket so no debt. I sold my car (GTR) to buy my own plane so I could time build with it and that was easily one of the best decisions I have ever made. I can go to the airport whenever I want and pull the plane out and just fly. That to me in heaven!!! I can't imagine doing it for a job in a few years but that's the plan barring any recession in the near future which is looking more and more likely. Can't wait to see your future as I am guessing you are going to the majors now. Keep on flying!
