Hi, i have a question. Almost all the house listings say that they are for 12 months and if you want for 8 months the rent is a larger amount that 12 month. Is it that all the houses available are like this or you can get for a few months also? From your experience i felt that you changed like 3 4 times in a period of 8 months.. Please advice
