It goes like that sometimes - just gotta go with the flow and tackle the problems as they come. The DC2 has really shown great potential in terms of how it runs and how fun it will be to drive it all dialed in. Step by step - we're getting there!
Really appreciate you liking the video and sharing the channel!

Hey, welcome back 🙂 waited for new video 😀
Sorry for the wait but I appreciate you coming back! The RUclips journey is kind of like stair steps I'm learning.
The best part of this channel is the fact that it’s so relatable. Totally agree with your reasoning and glad to see lots of folks getting help through Nerdgold! Keep it up brother!
Thank you! Bit by bit things are coming together which is really motivating in itself!
Glad to see you back steve, honestly I think you're doing great with content and video quality....Also if it takes you a few weeks or even longer to upload content, by all means do it because it's worth it. I'm willing to wait it out because you're one of the few genuine creators that I follow..I love your transparency and attention to detail like I've mentioned in the past..don't get discouraged my brotha we really enjoy being a part of this ride! Immediate gratification is something I don't believe in. So with that said, take your time and enjoy the process.. Cheers!
Thank you - that means a lot! I am eager to get to a consistent upload schedule again but yeah, like you said, trying to take it in stride and do what I can. Gotta build a strong foundation before building a skyscraper!
Love your transparency, so refreshing! You are so natural in front of the camera. Thanks for the update.🙂
Appreciate the support...but I feel like you're obligated to say that. 😂😂

Yooo I love your car! I was wondering if daily driving a dc2 is a good idea? Thanks!
Thank you! That's a hard one to answer since I haven't gotten it to that point yet, but I feel like a newer DC5 Integra or even a Fit might be more reliable (not as old) and still be fun to drive every day. These old cars just need a full rebuild at this point to be reliable, in my opinion.
Welcome back, Steve! Always happy to see your channel pop up in my inbox. Its great to see that nerdgold has picked up, i think your plan for the future is great!
Feels good to be back or at least able to get one up! Haha. I really enjoy making them so I'm looking forward to finding that rhythm and getting regular again. I really appreciate the support!
You're production quality and comfort on camera is getting better every time man. It's been awesome seeing you grow. Your NerdGold service is second to none, I really couldn't imagine how the service could be any better. You're making moves in everything you do man, keep it up!
Really appreciate that! It's just a matter of making all the parts work together, but it definitely feels like things are moving in the right direction! Trying to learn and improve processes/skills little by little versus seeking perfection straight away has probably been the biggest help and struggle as it's against my personality type. Thanks for the support!
@@BRICKHOUSESPL absolutely, you learn through experience and trial and error better than any other way.
*Your production quality
Damn that box fits perfectly🤣
I could believe it. Back door closed within a millimeter. Sometimes it just works out.😅
Need to scoop me up one of those mirrors. DM incoming!
I'll send you a message. They have them for the side mirrors too that I'd like to add at some point. Really impressed with the result for a sub-1 minute mod. Haha
Hey... Where is new videos? 😄
Hahaha. Working on it and finally getting there!
Not sure if it's the place to ask, but just curious as to how much Honda sells the OEM lip nowadays?
It's only like $90 US or something like that BRAND NEW. Haha. Crazy cheap!
@@BRICKHOUSESPL Thanks for the info! I'm just afraid shipping will more than triple the cost of the item, does Nerdgold offer sea freight options? Last time I Fedex'd bike parts from Japan, the freight + duties bumped the cost so much. Might send you an email later in the day if you have an option to estimate.
@@findtherightbeat I think $200 or around there for parts and shipping to you delivered in 5-10 days. Feel free to DM me or email!
Hey Steve, I replaced all the suspension bushings on my EG sedan with Energy Suspension Bushings and also have HardRace Rear Trailing Arm Bushings and I cant recommend this enough.
It completely Transformed the way the car rode and handled, just like a new car but slightly tighter.
Super underrated mod but the results are more than worth it
Oh nice, I've definitely considered a full bushing kit of sorts....they just look like a super PITA to change. Haha. It will no doubt wake the car up though. I'm going to start with the trailing arms bushes for now and sort it out from there.
I've been trying to avoid the RUclipsr trap of replacing every suspension piece on the car before taking it to the track. I'd like to do the bare minimum for reliability and then upgrade as I improve. That's been the plan anyway.
@@BRICKHOUSESPL The parts were cheap (Energy Suspension Kit I got from the States for like $180 delivered to Australia, Hard Race Trailing Arm Bushings are about the same)
But I paid a suspension place to replace them as I knew itd be a Nightmare to try and do on Jackstands in the one car garage that I had at the time.
All up it was about a Grand but was easily one of the best upgrades Ive done to the Car
@@BRICKHOUSESPL The Trailing Arm Bushings are something you can do yourself cheaply though, theres a great video on Garage Built Hondas that does it step by step that you could make a video on to offset the cost
@@bmcshane80 nice, I'll check it out! I'm super excited to actually get a good fun drive in the car.
Funny story, well more depressing actually is I dropped a Spoon mirror during install and it cracked on the aluminum shift knob. 😭
Oh nooooo, that would certainly be a surprise ending to that install! Talk about the worst case scenario!
How much do FOOTJOB charge for a.........service?
😂😂 Future video: getting a full Foot Job service.

Big MEOW right back at you!😸
