Just got the BirdDog Play. When I plug everything in, I get a one second BirdDog splash screen then nothing. It all goes black. Because there is no further info, I have not address to put into a browser. Do I have a defective unit?
Do you know what the usb(3?) port on the side is for?
What volts/amps does it need via usbc?
