I have read your new book “Make Change That Lasts” and I really enjoyed it. I read more than half in one day because I was enjoying it so much. I have struggled with trusting myself therefore I don’t stuck to the promises I make to myself. I started lifting weights every day. The promise was to lift them once. I rarely lift just once but the promise, even if I do just do one lift, is being kept, proving I can trust myself ❤
I'm a 'young elder' and when I wake up I do exercises including simple breathwork activating abdominal muscles , small muscle movement for arms, eye muscle exercises, facial muscle exercises., ankle rotations , massage of head and neck and shoulders all done before I get out of bed Energy levels have sky rocketed, takes around 10 minutes.. that has changed my life.
T hank you so much for these helpful life changing tips! i already do the movement in the morning, Ive been journaling for years. I do yoga classes but dont practice breathing like I should. Will add that to my daily practice, trying to get my BP down.
thank you for your amazing insight Dr. Chatergee. It is indeed very soothing to know that a man can look inside himself and always strive to be better and share this knowledge. I feel like you are cheering us all on to succeed on optimizing our lives and I am so grateful for all the wisdom you give in your videos, very calculated, never reckless, always heartfelt, tried and tested. Thank you so much
What I will do now: Pull unused items out of a storage cabinet and start to decide which ones need to be boxed up and which ones I should discard. 😁 Exciting huh! 😂
If I lived in the U.K. Dr Rangan would be my doctor without a doubt, love his videos and podcasts which resonate with me a lot, thank you doc. Happy new year to you and your family.
1. What is one thing i deeply appreciate about my life? 2. What is THE most import thing i have to do today? 3. Which quality do i want to showcase to the world?
I'd love to hear you interview Mingyur Rinpoche, a renowned Tibetan meditation teacher. He would compliment your message with his wisdom and delightful sense of humor. He shares the 5 minute philosophy in the way he describes meditation...short duration with consistency.
Please you send me an answer by e.mail but i have no social like face book twitter etc. So send me please your advice by w.sapp or email thanks. I am dutch living in Italy.

It's like this every time. It's drawn out so that you have to watch advertisements. I've been subscribed. This channel smells like cow poop. 😂
He‘s gotta be trolling at this point
It was still worth it
Details matter, definitely in clinical profession, he's not some unauthorised influencer about health 😊
