    A great thanks from an Serbian pilot for keeping this beauty flying! We used to call her Tiha Izvidjačica (The Silent Scout). One of the interessting detail about her hybride nature when it comes to building doctrine is the fact that the control stick, the same one used on other Yugoslav designes such as J-20 Kraguj and Utva 75, as well the Soko G2 and J-21 fighter jets is that it is an exact copy of the German stick used on amoung the others the Messerschmidt Me-109.

      Interesting information there thank you. But, from what I recall about flying the Utva, it was anything but silent! Thanks for watching!

      Haha! That is why we called her so! You can hear her approaching from miles away! Keep the good work👍👍

    I like the plane. I was first introduced to the UTVA 66 at an airfield in Bosnia. Great plane and huge.

    Not sure if you have seen the Aermacchi AM-3CM Bosbok which is similar. I will have mine flying in the US next summer. Also has a GSO 480 but 3 seats tandem.

      With it clearly being purpose built, the target market probably doesn't mind the tradeoff.

    Really cool a/c that I only recently discovered. But PLEASE...do something about those shoulder harnesses. Great way to turn a survivable crash into permanent paralysis.

    Could you tell me the name of song at the beginning please?

    • @TangoSierra2022
      @TangoSierra2022  3 года назад +2

      The name of the theme song at the beginning and end of the video is "Take Off." It is an original composition by my long time friend, composer and pianist Roger MacNaughton. I asked him if he had time to come up with something for me and that is what I received from him. I love it. You can find Roger on the internet, his music is on Sound Cloud I believe, and his web site is: rogermacnaughton.com
