1972-73 Nate Archibald led the NBA in scoring 34 ppg and assists 11 ppg. .. when healthy, is certainly one of the top five point guards to lace up sneakers. God bless you Nate, keep helping those less fortunate.
The man was Truly the best point guard ever.
My favorite player of all time who was an amazing basketball player and an even greater human being!
The man was phenomenal
one of the greatest from my youth...
One of the most down-to-Earth, coolest people I ever met. As a teen in Cincinnati, I met him in a grocery store, during his rookie year. Just said, "hi", and he and his wife chatted with me a bit. I went to Royals games then just to watch Tiny, Johnny Green, and Norm Van Pier...another favorite, and nice man, do their thing on some rather pitiful Royals teams. Sam Lacy and Tom Van Arsdale, too. Hall of Fame recognition is truly deserved.
Thank you "tiny" for all of the great positive memories. As a kid growing up in South Jamaica Queen's, NY I wore the suede blue pro-keds because of you. My man!
I grew up in Omaha and one of my first exposures to the NBA was watching Tiny play for the Kansas City - Omaha Kings during that wonderful 1972-73 season. I was always Nate Archibald when I played ball with my friends on the blacktop. Great memories, thanks Tiny.
Tiny a true champion
Tiny with the biggest heart..🐐🐐🐐🐐
One of the five greatest point guards of all time.
And he doesn't get full credit for being so, either. Tiny is too often forgotten in favor of Isiah, Nash, Stockton, even Kidd!
I've seen Nate Archibald play with Denver back in the late 70' s n 80's when i use to live there. All i remember was that he was fast to dribble n a good shooter, OVER all
Beauttiful speech!
Damn this is awesome
TINY WAS THE TRUTH..PERIOD
Nate the GREAT! ❤🏀
I watched him live many times when I lived in Kansas City at Kemper Arena.
AND i only saw the end of his career
The Quarterback for every team he was on. GO MINERS!
New York finest
Ultimate floorman
I love Tiny and Auerbach. Tiny, Auerbach, Cousy. The Celts owe a lot to New Yorkers.
The Bronx NY own , the best point guard ever !
Much classier than that disturbing attitude in Jordan’s speech !
Gratitude
Ps Nate coached God Shammgod
