Hunting for mushrooms in Fort Stevens State Park | Peak Northwest

Dane Osis is known as the “mushroom guy” at Fort Stevens State Park near Astoria, where he works as a ranger and leads mushroom walks for the public. When he takes people out, he makes sure to point out the many different species that grow in the park, helping people identify ones they should eat as well as ones they shouldn’t.
