He’s back!! He’s back!!!
Not exactly he only really does it a video if he has an idea but other than that he not gonna really do anything
@@rubenanthonygarcia1491 I'll take it! 🥳
There's evidently a lot of people who misunderstood my farewell. I'm not going quitting for good, I'm just not going to publish unless I want to, which is likely to mean very infrequently.
@@TrentHamiltonat least you aren’t quitting for good, at least we know your still here
@@TrentHamiltonI hope not like that for good but I respect whatever your decision is.
Glad to see you are still doing well (on here)
Neat concept
Nice to see you again Trent! I like the concept of this mouthpiece so you can build it to your liking. I have seen a few videos of people playing SpectraTone mouthpieces and they are bright and loud! Defiantly sounds best suited for a Jazz/Funk/Pop or other lead Trumpet playing where you need to cut through the other instruments.
I like experimenting with mouthpieces and also tinkering, so I thought this was a great idea, at least to try out. That is, until I checked the Harrelson website and found out what kind of price range we're talking about. The mouthpieces cost several hundred dollars each and the trumpets are in the thousands of dollars range. If you've got it and want to spend it on brass instruments, great.
Most of my brass instruments are in the low to medium price range and I'm very happy with all of them. Sure, I'd like to try out some high-end instruments, but I don't feel any urgent need to upgrade. I'm not about to pay 100 € for a mouthpiece for an instrument that cost 500 €, so I think all of my mouthpieces cost less than 50 €. Again, I'm very happy with all of them. Still, it's a nice idea, so maybe in my next life I'll try these out.
It's also worth noting that the website states this: "We no longer offer exchanges or returns on shipped 5MM kits and components". So, it's quite possible that the SpectraTone may also run its course before too many years have passed and components and replacement parts may no longer be available. I prophecy that the normal, single-piece mouthpiece will still be around when every SpectraTone mouthpiece and every one of us has crumbled into dust.
the legend is back!
Hi Trent! Thanks for the introduction to the Harrelson. I can't wrap my head around the reverse use of the colors, Red is Low, and Violet is High.
I just gave a listen to a demo on the mouthpiece, and you are right, it is very bright, but middle C to low C falls off.
So nice to see Trent back!
I hope you have the luxury of just posting when you feel like it. It’s very good to see you. Cheers!
The guy is back. This is good. Keep on.
It's Trent!!! I've been missing you man
Nice to hear your pronunciation of the word "metal" and "heavy" again.😊
Great to see you again, brother Trent! Excellent!
He's back! Nice!
It would be interesting to see what differences such a mouthpiece would have on your collection of instruments
Interesting. I admit I haven't been paying much attention to mouthpieces in a while, but this reminds me of the Stomvi mouthpiece I "acquired"* in the late '90s. It had a rim you could unscrew and switch out the cup sizes (from a Bach A to a Bach D approximately) and a cornet and trumpet shank.
*The UMI rep that loaned it to the music store I worked at forgot to ever reclaim it
Se fosse dele, provavelmente se lembraria.
Boom & Happy New Year
Seems great, thanks for the video!
I’m glad to still see you Julius, thanks!
Greqt to see you, Trent. I have a stainless version coming and really looking forward to it.
I knew you couldn't stay away for long. Glad that was a quick break. I wonder if Jason would lend you a horn to review for a few weeks.
Welcome back, Trent. Howdy from central Florida.
Glad to see him upload!!
Hello Trent! Nice to see you again! 😊
Good to see you again
Hi Trent :) hope you’re doing great
i'm a guitar/bass player and i can't help thinking of late stage tube amp tone as solid state started to take over.
Good to see another video
Hi again Trent! You’re a legend
Welcom back even if it’s temporary
Looks cool. Would be interesting to compare to the brightest piece i found so far... the Zotolla 62E
I have a Bach trombone and the serial number is F53631.
Would you know what model that is?
Thank you so much.
The king is back.
Its him! Hes back!
Return of the King!!! 🎺🎺🎺
He came back again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
He lives!
So not a mouthpiece for the orchestra, the string section likely won't want haircuts!! 🤣
Ring the bells ring the bells he is here our musical Lord has returned!
Demonstrate the mouthpiece in the morning when it's time for the kiddos to awake.
welcome back! hows it been since you took that break?
Hes still on that break, he just isn’t going to upload regularly
I thought you were going to say goodbye.
Yay! 🎉🎉
Less go

Hallo trent long time no see
I have a 1980’s contrabass bugle for you to mess with if you want, i tried dming you anout that
I'd really love to, but unfortunately in New Zealand the price to ship it here and back would be far too expensive.
@@TrentHamilton oh sorry
@@TrentHamilton also i dated it through serial number, it’s actually from 1964-67
"Sheer my thoughts on it"
Woah HELLO!
You have decided to return to content creation?
Demon barber mouthpiece of fleet street.
FIRST
LIAR!!😂😂😂
Steady on there Mr Falseposting. 🙃
I am pretty sure the reason it's impossible to find reviews of the spectratone red is that it's not available for sale yet so only people that got sent mouthpieces for demo have them. Please play it! I have always enjoyed your playing don't be shy thanks. these mouthpieces run somewhere between $500 and $2,000, so pretty expensive. If you don't want to play it, resell it you can get a lot of money for it.
Booo where's the demo???? They are not easy to find for this mouthpiece
