3rd Battalion The Yorkshire Regiment - Freedom Parade, Sheffield 17/7/13

Scenes throughout the parade event which took place on 17th July 2013.
Scenes were recorded in 1. (rear/side of) City Hall 2. Pinstone Street 3. Peace Gardens 4 High Street 5 Fargate 6 Barker's Pool 7 (other side of) City Hall.
(Please note - the background hiss during the Peace Garden scenes is due to the gardens' water features.)

Takes me back to the days when I served with the York & Lancaster Reg. We did the marches through Barnsley, Sheffield & Rotherham back in the 60`s, well done lads.

I did my 6 month internal posting with our provost staff. Funny how I Was never popular like I'm used to. Don't figure? Lol STAND STILL TROOPER!
