Frederick- Easy buddy, if you knew what you are speaking about you might think twice before insulting those, i will speak only which i know, the Rangers/Delta/Spec Forces of the US Army. I had the pleasure of doing some combined force tactical training with Brit SAS and they are fine bunch of trained soldiers. But bro, make no mistake,. When its a fucking infantry fight or you have a neighborhood w any amount of insurgent enemy, its the Goddamned Ranger you want to go fight that, we are indoctrinated people report, its not so much accurate, youre born with Ranger blood or not, you know how you were taught to first walk away from conflict, we all by DNA default had the other signal no matter what we were taught. I first got punched in 2nd grade, I laughed when i saw my blood drip and tasted that smell in my throat, blood and then in a few mins i sensed it changed taste, my dad, former Ranger said that was adrenaline mixing into blood and gives that almost paint thinner sensation, Its over then, you are a fighter, you love it. I knocked that kid out at recess a week later and then again 4 more times that year. I got my ass beat at home, you know but i never stopped wanting to make this kid know that i remember him sucker punching me and i stood in his face each time and hit him where he saw me, and made him realize you cant stop this. You made the decision, now you deal with it as long as i want. 2nd fucking grade. probably 100 plus fist fights and a hand to hand in house in middle east where i had to do something inever thought was even likely, and i would be lying to say if you walk up to me now in my 45 ish years lol,. i will accept the challenge and go. Its blood driven, Not mental flaw. Its why firemen run in, or doctors want to fix the nasty shit they see, its like wolves, you taste, you click in to universe, and thats it. its just what was designed. Rangers, all the same guy. SEAL operators are great soldiers, but to Rangers we say they like to do the touchdown dance. WE disappear. Research capture of Saddam. And also find out how many Rangers you see on OBLs end of days Not easy-but the truth still is true.Ranger Reg like 75th/3rd dont have a guy that would be selling books on Fox.
Frederick Green: I was in 2 Cav Regt in Australia for four years. We had a parade for the Sgt Major US western Division and then we gave him a formal dinner in the Sgts Mess 1. The SNCOs had Lances he had never seen them before 2. He said it was a sad day when the US Army stopped Messes and went to clubs He had never been to a formal dinner as well run as ours were. Well organized displays. See the drums soothing ones heart. It is incredible. The dressing is wooooh! Everything is coordinated and lovely.
I am a band aficionado. These guys are the best. Congrats from a colonist!
Still no 1 in the world. 🏁🇦🇺
Beautiful music, thank goodness to the the lads and lasses from HMRM Bandservice, you have no peer around the globe, the epitome for every other bandservice to try and achieve, which would be hard, or damn near impossible to emulate.🥰👍🥰
No greater band in the world , god bless the Royal Marines. And that comes from a stones fan !
2:50 band line expanding maneuvers curb to curb..nice!!
Video quality is superb!!👍
The band of the Royal Marines and the Pipes and Drums of a Scottish regiment can't be beaten 😊
The Voice of the Guns, probably the most noble and fitting British march ever composed.
Love it, can't get enough of those drums AND music! Wish I could see one of these marches some day in person but until then thank you for sharing your videos!
The finest army in the world. How on earth could this get a thumbs down.?
They are Marines.
They are brilliant. Best marching band ever
The Europeans know how to parade and the British do it the best! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Some Superheros don't wear capes. They beat drums and look killer!!! Well done lads!!
Bravo pour la qualité, ça fait rêver de jouer dans un ensemble si remarquable.
The Voice of the Guns (1917)--a British military march composed by Kenneth Alford during World War I--written as a tribute to British artillerymen serving in the war--later became widely adopted by the entire British army--properly played here in situ by the Royal Marines, as God intended...
We (Brevard Community Band) will play this as part of our next concert, and, as is normally the case, the tuba section will kick butt.....
Se me pone la piel de gallina escuchando esos acordes menores resonando en los graves de la mejor banda militar del mundo
Absolutely Brilliant this truly is what Britain is all about, simply the best. 🇬🇧
I wish a few of these Marines would come to the USA to teach our out-of-step soldiers, marines, airmen and sailors how to march.
🤣🤣🤣
Out of all the military bands the marines are absolutely rigid. Impeccable timing and discipline.
I couldn't agree more I'm privileged to live in the Naval City of Plymouth and the Royal Marines/Navy have been based here for hundreds of years. We are proud and highly supportive of the Marines and the Marines band Plymouth. 👍🇬🇧
@@chrisholland7367 I’m Army buy the marine band is something else. Must be because of all their down time 😂👀
We have the best music, military and history!
Proud English of Britain.
Love precision like this. Drill was my love while I was in the USAF.
Tank you
A petty the US armed forces have never quite managed how to do it properly... 😀😎
Thanks for posting this. I always love hearing the massed bands of the Royal Marines and Guards.
THE VERY BEST OF BEING BRITISH - " SIMPLY THE BEST - BETTER THAN ALL THE REST"
Thanks
It is comments like Alan Hopwood's that get Brits a bad name, is it not possible to keep such thoughts to yourself and besides that its not true.
Oh Patrick, calm down lad! Alan is simply stating a fact. Ordinary British people (and they're the ones in our forces, thank God) are the salt of the earth. Alan is enthusiastic. Nowt wrong with that. Be proud to be British. Be proud to be Irish. Whatever...Cheers!
Hey, hold on mate! Tina's American and I love her to bits. The one thing we British are the best is taking the piss! I should know - I have a 1st Class Honours Degree in BS.
These UK Marines are so good I almost believe it's digital animation. Awesome. U.S. military could learn from these guys.
We had a parade for the Sgt Major US western Division and then we gave him a formal dinner in the Sgts Mess
1. He said that only specialised parade troops over there could do as well and seeing as we were a Line Regt he was amazed we did the parade so well. The SNCOs had Lances he had never seen them before
2. He said it was a sad day when the US Army stopped Messes and went to clubs He had never been to a formal dinner as well run as ours were. He loved it
That is something we got from our Brit friends
@@DJG4orze Oh dear Saddam ? seriously ?
@@DJG4orze yep hilariously just like a yankie going default to mode. Lol
@@DJG4orze mate!!! WALOB!!! Now kiss mommy night night! And go to beddy bubba! Lmfao
What is it about Marines? No matter what country they fight for there is just this elan about them. As an American, I’m very proud of our Corps. But there is just something about this march. God bless the RM, the USMC, and all Marines.
Professionally polished perfection. Perfect camera work follow, too.
Half British ,, but boy oh boy live this band of men and women ,,, brings the British out in me
It is also very much appreciated by many Dutch viewers. So i can imagine that your Dutch side is also satisfied. :-)
no doubt the best corps of drums in the whole world
I enjoyed every second of that it's things like this that make me proud to be British. 👍🏻
Me to
Right on Tom Brydson..I had the opportunity to see the Royal Marines massed bands many years ago during a holiday in Britain. Definitely a highlight of my life. There is not a military band anywhere to compare with their excellence.
Hello Richard Fox, thanks for replying. I saw (one of) the Royal Marines Bands in London many years ago. Amazing. You're right. Not only are they all great musicians but the discipline. And yes...the drum corps. WOW! Regards, Bob in Ontario, Canada
Rob Tro Hello Bob from ontario. How are you doing? . Dunno about yourself I've always enjoyed military music since i was young. I'm sure like you I've got my favourite band HM MARINES to me are top every time and have been a favourite since i was 6ish
"Corps of Drums" .. not "drum corps"
The best of the best. Fantastic marching and playing. Thanks.
The best way to describe this mass band is sound and precision.🥁🎺
Thanks Royals for a spectacular watch as always guys.
The British know how to put on a parade full of pomp and ceremonies a very high class act
How can you not be impressed by this display of quality and precision.
