Atlantis was severely underrated and I was so sad when it was cancelled especially when it was on the precipice of such great future storylines and s2 was when it found its feet imo. Brilliant show it deserved better
Wasn't expecting Atlantis on here- pleasant surprise for sure! I do now get why it was cancelled, S2 was certainly repetitious (walk to and from from Atlantis to point b etc.) but momentum came back in the ending episodes-would've loved to have seen them in Colchis ;' one positive being it ended on Jason and Ariadne still being together, but there could have been progression with Pythagoras and Icarus eventually!
Ahhhh I agree. It is so sad because it seemed like they perfected the formula for the show at the end of s2 too. /: Especially with the cliffhangery ending with the future visions...I was so ready, but you are right. At least Pythacarus and Jariadne ended happily ever after

I AGREE. I was recently doing a rewatch for this show (and dare I say it) and I think it was better than Merlin. So much potential...all lost 🥲
