If you want to save the realtor fees, you should just list your home “for sale by owner”. And if you find a qualified buyer yourself , you won’t have to pay anyone. There’s always a choice… you don’t wanna pay them, then do their job

Plus you pay for all the other fees for inspection, title search, ect.... they are taking too much money from people for what little they do....
