Todd Talbot goes back to his ‘Love It Or List It’ days and takes you on a house tour to show the way it looks before the renovation. Todd’s wife Rabecca madly cleans up so that the camera doesn’t see how messy they actually are :) She also sings the opening song to put us all in the mood. It’s just the beginning of this home makeover in Vancouver Canada that will be the future home of the Talbot’s. That’s the plan anyway… Thanks for watching Adventures in Real Estate!!

We builder a house together, mostly my husband because I was 5 months pregnant. It was a journey with many ups and downs and our marriage survived. 41 years together and holding.

Love bloopers - they're always fun to watch! Loved watching Todd in Love it or List it - but the pair of you together is so much more fun, real and honest. Rebecca has a great laugh! Would totally tune in to this as a show on HGTV or the like. Looking forward to watching your progress!
Maybe we pivot to @hgtv but we are loving the process here and having fun doing it ourselves with Peter Aziz! Lots of work though. Love it or list it was a cake walk compared to this.

You bungalow renovation journey will be interesting to watch. The EP. 1 was fun to watch. We had the exact same flooring for the kitchen in our little 1954 house! Similar footprint and arched doorways throughout. Haha.

The window is ocTAGonal- Todd is correct :). Love the house! I live in a 1920s house in Toronto, and like Todd I keep many of my clothes in the basement. I also work from home in our storage room, so I feel that reality :). I love the details of the house, and I look forward to seeing how you update the house but also keep the details that attracted you to the home in the first place. Thank you for taking us along on this journey! I really like how you're making it feel like we are sitting with you as friends, rather than as a TV show as it were. A great first video!
