It would have been better if they just did 45 seconds of “if you think [number] of judges is tough, try [bigger number] of judges” with no further skit.
The chicken wings skit did that hilariously and I would love it for an ever increasing judge panel
The game Last Epoch came out with a "Falconer" class recently so I went back and watched the Will Forte sketches of "The Falconer" that were on RUclips. One episode involved time travel and they kept having everyone who failed to stop an event go back in time to stop the event again, which meant new people had to play their original selves every time, and it was amazing how by the end it may have had the entire cast playing one guy. 🤣🤣🤣

They had the whole cast and a dog in this sketch and still couldn’t make this funny.
Thank you! I thought it was just me. Two weeks in a row of already done, boring skits. They need a prayer at this point. The Latin guy is not funny. The norm Mac wanna be is dryer than my moms turkey, Sara is too loud. The only reason I watch is for weekend update and the music. U can tell Heidi is not feelin it anymore. Mikey Dey isn't even funny anymore.

SNL often has good themes and (mostly) good actors, but could really use an extra writer or two who can write funny jokes. "I'm a gay judge," etc. aren't jokes.

I think an extra comedy writer could really round up their dream team of (1) comedy writers.

The Air BnB sketch was pretty good, best was the Police precinct cold cases sketch. 100% made me say "YES, finally-- this is quality"

What bugs me, about me, is that it bugged me that they only had 16 judges in the courtroom scene. That includes the dog. I embarrassingly invested too much time to this mediocre skit
Having the judge explain each joke was really a bold strategy! It almost felt like really bad improvisation.

This season has been mostly let downs. I think A.I. would be better at writing funnier sketches.
The idea was to satirize all the stupid court shows. They got the stupid part down really well, but they forgot to be funny. If they had played their parts straight instead of leaning into the jokes, it might have worked.
Bring back last seasons crew they where funny as heck. I havnt found any of this season all that funny
I counted 15 judges, it was because Woof was kept hidden and one is just out of frame.
