Me and Jan were very surprised to manage to finish this class, we are both in our sixties but we been doing her classes for years and her encouragement she kept telling us we could do it. She was right we did.
I paired this challenge with the advanced yoga workout and splits stretches. I swear, following Julianna at home is a harder and more effective workout than any class of any kind I’ve been to anywhere. I've done this video this (almost) everyday since I found it at the start of November and I want to thank you for the amazing results - mentally, I'm doing better with having this as part of my morning structure and routine, and I feel much more grounded knowing how I'll have done an ab workout before anything else in the day, and 5 minutes is ideal as it's very minimal effort to get done, but physically gets results. My abs have become more defined than when I began, especially the upper abdominals, and to think it's just from 5 minutes each morning working on them I'm incredibly happy. Hearing the intro music is part of my daily routine now, and I'd like to say thank you for creating this!

Came back from a rather long walk and thought "I'm going to skip my pilates work out today". Then I saw this one and seriously, who can ever resist a 5min work out ? 😀 great job 👍🏻
UPDATE - 1 week later of doing this every day and it is still tough but I definitely feel it getting marginally easier each time I do it! The hardest bit is still those last 60 seconds, but I am feeling a bit stronger each time!

Today was my fifth day in a row doing this. 4th and 5th time I can get through it without resting on my knees during the last minute plank!!!! So proud of myself for pushing through. Thank you so very much for all you do! So excited about the new app❤❤♥️♥️❤❤
I am new to yoga and pushing 50. I started as a way to build balance as I have chronic disease attacking my brain and have significant balance issues. In the process so fell in love. There are some basics I can’t seem to get past and would appreciate some input. Upper body strength is a real issue as is flexibility. I cannot do a front plank and would like some variation as I continue to build my strength and flexibility. I can say for all of those struggling with SLE/CNS lupus that clean eating as well as the addition of yoga, each of the types I have tried, have significantly improved pain, the ability the focus beyond the pain or being ill, balance and strength. If you’re seeking a way to begin regaining control I highly suggest starting here.

I did this after a 20 min burpee hiit to calm down my circulation, for which it did a perfect job, thank you for putting also such little intermeidate sweeties (though still a challenge!) into your valuable library of blessing movement sequences!

I took some time off from yoga unfortunately and I’m getting back into it for many reasons. Also, congratulations on your pregnancy!!! So very happy for you!!
Guess its a 7 days challenge then : - day 1 : oh boy that was hard. Im litteraly out of breath (and I run and workout daily..). Last plank was tough. Side planks were okok. Im surprised of how I could do the up up down down without resting though ! So proud of myself. Thank you best team ❤️ - Day 2 : the last minute felt easy maybe because of my attention towards my breath. Up up down went good actually. Im getting stronger. Felt my sides burning wouww ❤️ - Day 3 : I feal great. First exercise I can do like two on each side. Up up down down I can manage all of them. Side planks with the top leg flat on the floor. I did some exercises on my knees but with all my willingness. Last plank is almost easy to do. I feel so proud ! - Day 4 : I'm sweating like cray cray. This is tougher than my 3km morning runs. I could do my side planks with both feet on top. Last plank also I do. Up up ok. Knee to elbow still have to fall on the ground before she finishes. I'm going it ! I am getting stronger ! Pain is weakness leaving my body. - Day 5 : I still need to take breaks between each exercise. I dont think Its getting easier. Maybe I dont put enough effort. The first exercise got me doing maybe 2 on each side and then baam on the floor. Tbh its not like I'm doing my best. I could do better. Still got me sweaty and exhausted at the end. Only the planks I can do fully. Waiting to do it all without a rest. - Day 6 : I challenged myself to do the firdt exercise without falling and I did it (even though I rested in a downward dog 2 or 3 times), the up up down down is greaaat, last plank gets me sweating still now. My shoulders are burning and overall Im really proud of my session today. I feel I am getting so much stronger. + It is very enjoyable thanks to the Boho beautiful team ❤️ - Day 7 : still sweaty and out of breath but Im working on my breathing. I challenged myself to complete the first exercise without falling down (just like yesterday) and I did it even though it was hard for me not to. First up up was good, second set was haaard. Last minute plank is for some reason the easiest part of this workout. I can proudly say that I did the two first side planks exactly like she did (except for the transitioning part). Im getting stronger, this challenge is amazing ! I know it was initially a 7 day challenge but now is the best part so lets go for another 7 days ! I'm glad ❤️ - Day 8 : Still out of breath, still sweating so I love this. It is still very challenging for my shoulders and arms and Im glad Im working those areas which were so weak before. Today I felt a lil stronger : The side planks are becoming doable and the last plank was almost easy so I did lean forward a lil more to make it more challenging for my shoulders. Loved it ! - Day 9 : Eager to start today ! Im sweaty and feel hot. Last minute plank has become by far the easiest exercise of this routine for me. First exercise I still do take breaks as downward facing dog. Up up downs were hard today for some reason. Side planks with a feet on the sides. Its still hard but I'm building muscles and resilience. Plus I enjoy this routine so much you have no idea ! - Day 10 : Arms are burning. It is a very challenging yet very satisfying workout ! Sweaty and breathing beautifully. Absolutely loved it. I'm getting stronger ! - Day 11 : I challenged myself to do the first exercise without falling or doing downward dog. It was quite challenging. and I feel lazy since my saturday break. I postponed the workout from 7am to 8:50am. Not good to waste time. Anyways I cleaned the floor. Great session ! - Day 12 : loved it. My shoulders have become so much stronger and me happier !

hey, I love using this every morning, my strength has really improved :) Just, one thing - does anyone know how to avoid lower back pain when doing a elbow plank? I try not to stick my bum up and make myself in line, and then really engage my core but as soon as my butt goes down my back hurts? just wondered what the problem might be? thank you :)
As you hold your plank think about your body leaking energy. You're holding the plank with your arms, thus squeezing your glutes and the core at the same time will prevent the 'energy leak' which your feeling on your back. Your energy is only being held in your arms. I hope that makes sense💛💛
18_10_2020 right now I do it and couldn't complete it, I promise my self to develop my level and come back through 2 weeks to tell you that I do it in a good way 💪👍
I made it to Day 10!! (on day 11 but that’s okay) For me, days 6 and 9 were the hardest. This is a great challenge and I’ll probably add this on to your other workouts 😊
after taking a super loooong break from yoga and excercise (like 3 months), first day doing this was really hard but today on the second day I felt stronger!! (I'm also doing yoga rutines)

hey, I love using this every morning, my strength has really improved :) Just, one thing - does anyone know how to avoid lower back pain when doing a elbow plank? I try not to stick my bum up and make myself in line, and then really engage my core but as soon as my butt goes down my back hurts? just wondered what the problem might be? thank you :)
As you hold your plank think about your body leaking energy. You're holding the plank with your arms, thus squeezing your glutes and the core at the same time will prevent the 'energy leak' which your feeling on your back. Your energy is only being held in your arms.

For me, days 6 and 9 were the hardest. This is a great challenge and I’ll probably add this on to your other workouts 😊
