    This is all great information, not just for diabetics, but for athletes in training, or anyone else who wants to have a healthy lifestyle or lose weight.

      This has helped us all feel better after we eat too! No sluggishness after dinner. No feeling too full. We actually feel good after these meals. I'll post new videos using these foods as I film them.
