Well a lot of people are stupid unfortunately. I am a scam baiter scamming nigerian scammers and I give them a malware script that is so obvious that it is a batch script but they think it is my MTCN code from WesternUnion. Once they click on it they get fucked!

Kitboga does a couple videos where it says he has millions in his account. I follow a few scam baiters and Kitboga is one of the funniest. Jim Browning, Lewis and Scambaiter all destroy computers, then you have people like Kitboga that waste their time and report bank accounts.
The problem is that doing the "scammer vs (insert Linux distro here)" with a refund scammer is boring, since they're only ever gonna use the browser anyway. It's much funnier if they're trying to do the tech support scam but without access to eventvwr and msconfig (and syskey if they ragin). Except if you find a way to use a fake bank with a text-only browser like Lynx, and tell them "yep, this is how I do banking" XD

Don't reveal... The fun is in them not knowing who did what. If you remain anonymous (mysterious) they can never again be sure that the "victim" is a counter-hacker. By revealing, you get a personal sense of accomplishment, but the real prize is in leaving them suspicious, worried and confused. Then you can call and call again, destroying each PC as they help you with the refund - time and again.

However, you would need to disconnect the scammer's PC from power and I am not sure how you could do that, if it's a laptop you are out of luck. Still, what if he has a motherboard with a backup bios?
