Great review! I actually get this frequently here at my local smoke shops in California. Thanks for reviewing this, not many reviews for the Maduro. I taste a lot of cocoa powder, a little cedar, earth, and black pepper. Black pepper was consistent til the final third and tapered off to just an earthy dark chocolate, sweet earthy tobacco.
Damn I wish I could get this cigar! I'm smoking the sun Grown right now, which is in my top 5, but I usually like Maduro in any cigar, Cameroon next. So I'm sure this Maduro is out of this world!
Cool...Thanks for reviewing Oliva's MB3, one of my fav's in robusto size. Heard someone liken it to a chocolate candy bar due to shape, color, cold draw, This is good candy!
How long did yours sit resting in a humidor. Your own, I mean? Because I had one a couple days ago, and it was all over the place. The various elements had not come together at all! More traffic jam than symphony, I'd generously give it about an 87... REALLY generously.
I usually go a month minimum if getting through mail order, less or none at all if bought at local smoke shop. But the these that I smoked were the original limited run before they decided to make them full time and they very well may have changed. I've heard others say they were not as impressed with them citing the same reasons you did. What a shame.
You are in bliss ! Great taste and it looks beautiful, I want some.
This cigar is very good! Love your reviews man
Thanks, appreciate it

Enjoy your reviews. Haven't had the maduro version, but will try soon. So far New World maduro is tops for me. Any comparisons?

99? =/
I mark down from 100 for flaws, minor or major, and I had a hard time marking this one down at all.
