Shes 23 in Yakuza 0 and inconsistent with her stated age of 39 in Yakuza Kiwami 2. While kiryu is 55 years old in this game and she is 3 years older from him so her age is 58? with that face? even kiryu aged a lil bit but shes still stayed like 30ish. Not that i complained tho lol
You can do this at chapter 12. The one for Koyuki is story related before the big fan service fight. So if you want this and and the 4Shine one can be done in 12

The Daidoji didn't really give a fck. Stopping the nuclear waste deal was more important to them than tightening Kiryu's leash, and they needed Kiryu's help with it. They only did anything when Date made it super blatant and obvious, and even then you can easily argue they were just doing it for appearances' sake.
I feel like it's because she doesn't know what Kiryu does. Same with Majima. They know them as the people who helped Sunshine/4 Shine, not as yakuza legends. Kaoru on the other hand, had they met, it would have been hard for Kiryu and Kaoru to meet. There was a romance that bloomed between them, unlike Yuki and Kiryu. Imagine being away from someone who loved you deeply, realizing that you wanted her happiness and success more than your selfish wish to be together. Imagine reappearing in her life only to tell her that you are dying soon? What Kaoru wanted was to be married and happy. Kiryu had too many people chasing after him to genuinely give anyone that knew about his ties any kind of peace. That's how he must have felt, at least. I can guarantee you that things changed once he regained his name, though, With a clearer view in life that he did some good aside from bad.
