    Please include the variety/source of bok choy plants. I live 20 miles north of Abbeville and want a stir fry garden. I've never grown bok choy but plenty other veggies--enough to know our heat/bugs sometimes requires certain tough varieties. Just discovered your vids; great to see your success with fruits as I'm always hesitant to invest in trees that may never produce. You have inspired me! How's the jack fruit?

    Too watery at the end. I am thinking there should be a nice sheen and a bit thicker glazed sauce. Looks tasty though.

    Would the bok choy you are growing be considered "baby" bok choy? I have seen some bok choy in my local grocery store that are much larger. I prefer the smaller version. Excellent video. I'm new to bok choy and I love cooking with it.

    • @drlynnmblair

    • @drlynnmblair
      @drlynnmblair 4 года назад

      Sharon - you can add water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, baby corn, anything you want to this recipe. He used the bok choy because that was ready in the garden. You can add virtually any veggies you like or have on hand to use up!

      Olive oil is not meant to hold up to high heat. Best to use canola oil or another oil good past 400 degrees frying heat.
