Wow I just tried this dish and it came out amazing! I have never made anything Asian before besides Indian food this is my first time trying this dish and I thought it was splendid! Will be my new favorite household meal to cook in less than 20 minutes. Loved it -thank you for sharing.

Good job son I’m gonna do it your way tomorrow. Is it ok to put a little sesame oil or sesame seeds in this recipe? I love the smell and taste of sesame.
Hi Louisiana Tropical Fruit.. I wonder where did you buy the bok choy seeds? For these last 2 years back I bought seeds from loco market or online and invested my time to grow them but nothing like from your garden. It really looks great!
Please include the variety/source of bok choy plants. I live 20 miles north of Abbeville and want a stir fry garden. I've never grown bok choy but plenty other veggies--enough to know our heat/bugs sometimes requires certain tough varieties. Just discovered your vids; great to see your success with fruits as I'm always hesitant to invest in trees that may never produce. You have inspired me! How's the jack fruit?
Would the bok choy you are growing be considered "baby" bok choy? I have seen some bok choy in my local grocery store that are much larger. I prefer the smaller version. Excellent video. I'm new to bok choy and I love cooking with it.
Thank you so much for sharing this recipe, I'm looking for healthier ways to eat and this dish is high on my list of favorites. I love water chestnuts any suggestions?
Sharon - you can add water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, baby corn, anything you want to this recipe. He used the bok choy because that was ready in the garden. You can add virtually any veggies you like or have on hand to use up!
You did great job cooking book choy and shrimp

Too watery at the end. I am thinking there should be a nice sheen and a bit thicker glazed sauce. Looks tasty though.
Would the bok choy you are growing be considered "baby" bok choy? I have seen some bok choy in my local grocery store that are much larger. I prefer the smaller version. Excellent video. I'm new to bok choy and I love cooking with it.
Yes, the video features the smaller, baby bok choy.
Yum!
Thanks for this recipe ... tastes yummy
That looks good. You have gorgeous hands; they look like Donnie Yen hands. Lol keep cooking, chef.
heheheee, you made me peckish... I'm going to make something similar now ; )
Thank you.

I’m going to try this, but shouldn’t you really rinse the bok choy prior to cooking? Looks fantastic though😀
Many cooks slice the end off as it contains the most condensed dirt
no need to be a chef to cook good and share... thanks
How it's clower not change
How about the salt? Tnx
Deliciousos.
+Maria Lyncel Gomez
Thanks
I will use a dark soy sauce and toasted sesame oil instead of oyster sauce, otherwise I like your style.
Mate,i can have that growth size at 6 weeks, improve your soil content and don't use chemicals. Bok Choi,Pak Choi easy.
Queenslander.
Mate, growing in LA is not the same as Oz. Just sayin' ;-)
👍👍😃
هل يمكنك التحدث باللغة العربية أو الفرنسية. أنا لا أفهمك ولكن طبقك يبدو جيدًا للغاية. لطيف
Can you used olive oil? Or does the flavor come out better with vegetable oil?
I'm sure olive oil taste good too
Olive oil is not meant to hold up to high heat. Best to use canola oil or another oil good past 400 degrees frying heat.
Great but get a carbon steel wok ! And don’t wok to hard !
うん、美味しそうです!
that oil you're stir frying with looks like Olive
I believe it is canola oil. Olive oil does not do well in that high of heat.
I grew Bok Choy for the first time and mine are larger is this a certain type?
These are "baby" bok choy - there are the baby and regular (larger) size bok choy.
Does momma know used play football and used cook?
I'm falling asleep...
So informative! I would love to have this garden! No sunlight under all of our oaks but I love your post! So jealous of your garden! Thank you!
But u shud not and dont need to uproot bakchoy.. i grow my own veggies too...so just an advice..
Your pan looks dangerous do you see the scrape marks in there nonstick is coming off dangerous
Troppi passaggi.....
