Thanks for the recipe but I'd rather sautee the garlic with oil, then add oyster sauce and a bit of water, add the spices and the boiled bok choi
We cant keep garlic in oil for a longer time as it gives a bitter taste. So better to remove it and then and oyster sauce and do on.
@@ntissera1 if you add oyster sauce fast enough, the water should stop it from burning, eliminating most of the bitter taste

That’s what I did and it’s great!
I tried making it today 01/04/2021 and it was good I (I modified the procedure and add onion) I sautaed the onion and garlic, and Add Oyster and soysouce, add salt and pepper depending on your preference, lastly the water( I added plenty of water) and let it evaporate it was amazing ❤️
I also use the normal petchay with white stem instead of Chinese petchay because I don't like bitter food 😋
When are u blunch the green veg, make sure put a little cooking oil in 1 or 2 tblsp . The veg will be come shining n after dat soak into ice water to stop contiuneos cooking.. that tips to look nice..

simpel tpi kok ribet y cara masaknya sampai 3x ngotori kualinya. klu saya masak semua bumbu saya tumis sama saus tiramnya baru disiramkan pada sayur yg sdh direbus kan simpel jadi kerjanya. gk bolak balik cuci kualinya😆😆

Ya bisa juga pakai cara begitu. Hanya saja hasilnya tidak seenak yg di pidio. Itulah bedanya masakan rumahan dengan masakan hotel & resto. Masakan di rumah kita capek nyuci alat masak sendiri, shg kita pengennya yg praktis aja. Standar hotel & resto gak bs begitu, makanya perlu menggaji tukang cuci alat masak.

Udah beberapa kali nyoba resep ini, dan tentunya anti gagal, dan enak dongs...pernah juga masak keasinan karna nggak pas ngira2 bumbunya,-- kalo suka sayur pokcoy dan suka yang gurih2 syedap pasti suka masakan ini. Baru komen setelah udah lama nggak masak resep ini kangen pingin masak ini lagi buka video ini lagi. dan ternyata yang nonton udah dari belahan bumi yang lain selain dataran nusantara,--hyehye..
Saran aja, di acuhin sarannya jg gpp, di potek aja satu satu bok coy nya, krn batang bok coy itu hrs bener2 bersih cucinya, kita gak pernah tau msh ada kotoran atau gak, kotoran ini macam-macam, bekas pestisida, tanah, cacing pita dll. Cara cuci dengan di potek atau di kupas satu satu berlaku jg untuk tipe sayuran serupa seperti sawi, kol, brokoli. Musti di potek dlu baru di bersihin. Sumber : keluarga sendiri, Ahli Gizi. Apa hubungannya ahli gizi sama cuci sayur? Jelas ada, kalau di dapur rumah sakit semua bahan makanan pencuciannya hrs benar. Gak ada hubungannya dapur RS sama resto, protokol nya sama kok. Trust me, kecuali emang bodo amat org masak di dapur sendiri, it's ok 😊 (yg penting komennya gak pake akun gmail bodong) 😆 sabar emak emak jgn ngegas.
