Honey, I told you Alex was intense! In his regular classes, his max RPM goes up to 120!! Twaun, please, please do not worry about others and seek validation. People will disappoint you. God wants us to have healthy bodies and minds. As long as you are improving your health, that's all that matters to you and your family. I'm proud of you for staying active. Often, you motivate me! You are absolutely beautiful at any size. ❤

If she is a treadmill instructor you can only find her on the app - the bike wont show row or tread stuff.
