Hi Twaun! Your content is a motivating tool I use on my Wegovy journey. I’m 16 weeks in and I have lost 24 lbs so far. I’m averaging 1.5 pound per week but I’m reminded from your videos that “slow and steady wins the race”!!! Thank you for sharing your journey.
🤣🤣🤣 no lie!!! I’m on my second week and today I was craving spicy everything lol. Whyyyy!!! I ate a bean lettuce wrap with feta cheese and added hot sauce
Twuan, Mounjaro is the same medicine as Zepbound. Did you say that your insurance will pay for Mounjaro? I know you said your doc would not prescribe it, but there are docs that will prescribe it off-label since you’re not diabetic. I was on Wegovy but switched a few months ago.
Hi Twaun! I saw your interview on Angie's channel and I enjoyed it. Also, you have me wanting to buy a Peloton Bike now. I always thought I was too big for a Peloton. They need to sponsor you! LOL. Personally, I would ditched the medications and just keep doing what you are doing. There is another lady I follow here on YT who was well over 400 lbs and she has lost 200lbs all on her own,. I think her channel is Getting Back To Pat. The medications are a great tool but it seems like you really don't need them. Just my opinion.

Hi Twuan, listening on replay. Great commentary. I have BCBS, and you're right they don't want to pay for any patient treatment and care.
@@LadyElla236 I know right. SMH thanks for watching!
Oh wow! I didn’t know that

I have to force myself to eat on Wegovy. At night I get nauseous and at at times get really hungry. I guess my body is getting adjusted to it
@@gabyayuso7327 oh my! Maybe increase your protein or try eating a small snack at night to see if the nausea stop.

Thank you
You are looking great, Twaun. 🎉 I’m watching in the replay.
You're the best! Thank you!
Xenical is just like OTC Alli. Didnt work for me. Insurances are ridiculous. Isn’t Saxenda a daily injection?
@@gabyayuso7327 yes I don’t want to take Saxenda daily. I’m sure I’ll forget to take a day 😆😂
Hey Twaun!!You look great!Happy Fourth 🎉🎉🎉
Thank you! 🤗 Happy Independence Day!
4.2 wow. I wish I had a good week like that. My weeks are more like .5. Or 1.
Are you tracking your food and exercising?
@@TracesofTwaunsLife not tracking. I don't want to be tied to that. But bike and walking yes
@@anneogden1819 I know the tracking is a bit much at times. I don’t do it everyday .
Try Saxenda for a while, and if you're not satisfied, go back to Wegovy.
I’m not sure about taking so many meds.
@@TracesofTwaunsLife I definitely understand.
