Nope, I won’t be using the Sexenda. I’m on Mounjaro 5mg now and I love it! If I have to change meds I’ll use Zepbound. Eli Lily’s great when it comes to their products. Minimum side effects if any. Love you girl! Thanks for sharing! ❤

I only paid 45.00 dollars for Mournjaro. My insurance picked up the rest. I had an emergency, not certain if it had to do with Mournjaro. I stopped taking and had 4 boxes in the refrigerator. They have all expired. I want to try Ozempic again. I pray you have a successful journey with your weight loss progress.

I love mangonados too. I get them from my Mexican ice cream shop. But I would caution you on the calories and sugar. Usually a lot of sugar and calories is added with the chamoy sauce etc. check it out online.
Hey, Twaun. Yeah, this is still a doctor’s conversation for you, but pharmacists do see a lot of stuff regarding patient experiences with the meds. Though FWIW, starting at 2.5 for you seems *way* too conservative, what with your very recent (and I’m assuming max-dose 2.4mg) Wegovy use. 12.5 sure doesn’t seem like it either, though. I’d at least ask your doctor why she thinks you’ll tolerate it well. It is a big dose to start on. 🤷🏼♂️ If it was me, and with your history, I’d say 5 or 7.5, leaning towards the 7.5. Reasoning would be that 5mg Zep has very similar effectiveness as top-dose Wegovy (weight-loss and gllucose numbers), but, you’re trying to move up to the next step up in effectiveness. So, 7.5. But it is hard when jumping to another med to have the dose dialed in perfect the very first month. Which is also another reason not to start with a 90-day supply buy. So yeah, you could start on even the 7.5 and be goin’, “Oh man, this is a little light. Wish I’d started higher.” Sure, could happen. But, you could also start on the 12.5, and then a little bit later be makin’ vids about power-diarrhea and power-vomiting and how you can’t eat a darn thing and how you wish it would all stop. 😭 And, I don’t wanna see those videos. And I don’t think you wanna star in them. 😟 So if you’re gonna miss on starting dose, I’d miss a little low rather than too high. But that’s me. 🤔 Again, it’s really up to you and your doctor, not ppl on the internet. You don’t know me. For all you know, I could be dangerously stupid.
