I had gastric bypass surgery in 2016 and regained it back plus more in 2020, when pandemic hit. Now taking wegovy and i feel the restriction but I cannot do meats. Looking for protein alternatives. Mixing things up. Need to add exercise into my routine
@@anneogdenhinners Yes. Wegovy is not working well for me. My insurance company requirement is to fail at both Wegovy & Saxenda before they will approve Zepbound as a tier 2 exception drug (lower cost).
