No that is because I only take shots in the early morning or late afternoon as not to disturb other guests. The hotel was full during my stay, so I guess I did a great job not capturing anyone else :)

With jets, including turboprops, you count the number of times the engine is started and shut down -- a 'cycle'. Maintenance is partly based on the number of cycles an engine goes through, so it behooves the operator not to shut down if the stop will be very short.
Miha Vlase. Nope, but a good shot. Why not shut down both engines if that was the case. In a larger sense you are correct in what you say, but there is a specific functional reason why only one engine is running (on the opposite side to passengers disembarking obviously
not sure how it is on the q300 but i know some planes can disengage the prop from the engine and use it as an APU. if it can't be done on the q300 he needs to keep an engine running (spin one prop). either that or he needs to taxi somewhere else after he drops the passengers
I've been to Maldives 3 times and never experience such a warm welcome like this by the staff. The beach of this island is super beautiful. You make me miss Maldives a lot.

I really love and indulge me with your videos. They are so spot on, nothing interferes with the pinpointed message of the strenght's of the place in focus. This meal at the very end, especially the seafood dishes, made me long for a longer and more travelling life.... woofs, I almost started to envy you, in spite of the fact that there is some hard labor involved i all your videos... And - of course - the music is excellent for the purpose. Please, bring more on... And hope that you will come to evil could Sweden some day (in the summer, when it is all light - and the temperatur is almost bearable...)
I honestly don't think any of these properties that you review could do a better job of marketing themselves. You have a great formula and your videos are amazing. You really showcase these slices of paradise.

Nice hotel, but it has the ugliest architecture of all videos in the Indian Ocean you shown. It looks cheap and out of place, apart from the pool.

It varies. During low tide its up to wait ir even lower and on high tide its 4 feet to 6 feet. We get high tide and low tide twice daily
