I had been to Soneva Jani and Cheval Blanc Randheli on the Dec 2016. The private pool in their water-villas is nearly 12 meters. The room seems more attractive than St Regis.
Overall, St Regis is a amazing resort. Hopefully we will stay here next time!
Oh, I would be in a continuous loop of eating myself into a coma, and pickling myself in the ocean all day long! Bliss!!

While some really do not have enough and see no choice but become criminals, others have already far more than they will ever need but still believe they do not have enough and suck dry everybody else due to an internal void that comes from suppressing their real selfs which makes them greedy as they try to overcompensate the lack of certain needs with other things. But guess what, you cannot fill a colander with water. It runs right through and will never be enough because that is not what the colander was made for. I hope you understand the metaphor.

OMG, I am totally shocked by the view. It is so beautiful! I start to think about planning a trip to the Maldives.
Man, I miss the Maldives. Truly a beautiful place.
We considered a smaller island (not that this one is tiny) but went for one of the largest, as it has some awesome restaurants and we like our food, so that was a draw for us. Also because it's quite a big island you rarely see other people outside of dining / clubbing, which was fine for us. We started with the best intentions of walking everywhere, but even a 1km walk end to end and you're warm in the tropics, but a lot of the islands have buggies, including this one it seems :)
I've not seen your videos before but decided to sub. I liked the calming music, the lack of commentary, and the feeling that it was both drawing me in and allowing me to make up my own mind about things. I did skim your written review likewise :)
Personally I'd have enjoyed the pricing. Even if you don't want to put it in the main video to detract from the fantasy, a slideshow at the end with different room rates, whether things like dining, sea adventures and massages are included, etc. But an enjoyable watch all the same.

I need to pool all my savings to afford St. Regis. The sunset is breath taking and your focus on the horizon, where the divine sky meets the uproarious ocean is irresistible. You have used such catchy music when you have filmed the bar. This is the first time I am hearing of and seeing the hydrotherapy pool. The place is surreal to say the least.
The food is lavish as is the norm. But I wonder who can do justice to it. The architecture of the resort is top notch. On the whole the video is superlative. Just returned from a virtual tour of Maldives. Merci beaucoup 💓
The big problem with these videos is that when you are there, there wont be such beautiful music accompanying you around. Jokes, awesome video

Alright, everyone, the wife and I just crunched the numbers on a 7-day trip exactly as it is laid out in this video. Expect to spend approximately 30 grand plus in that gorgeous room and airfare. Even if I had the cash to do it, I couldn't rest knowing I was watching 100 dollar bills slip from the grip of my hand with each passing minute. Wonderful vid, beautiful place but as most of you know there are many other places in the world with similar ambiance for a fraction of the cost. Oh, and from what we could tell, this is not an all-inclusive stay, so expect to pull those bills from your pocket as fast as you can pull them out.
This has been my favourite of your travel videos so far because of the beautiful shots of the ocean, sand, beaches, blue hole pool, food, ...I think I've taken a virtual holiday (for an hour) and glad that I can go back any time. I hope to stay there one day soon & thank you for posting your travel videos especially this one. The music selection is great too.

this problems are all solved thanks to the huge reservationprices they ask for those vacations. Look at booking.com, it's about 3000$/day. Only in my dreams lol

I work for Starwood(Reservationists) specializes the Luxury Collection and St. Regis. Most of our guests book here in Maldives are for special occasions (popular one is honeymoon). Based on my experience in booking here, the prices ranges in St. Regis Maldives is around $1,200 per night (room rate only, exclude taxes and other extra amenities) that's the least expensive for a night. I am pretty sure people who go here really enjoy and every $$$$ they spend is really worth it. 👍😉😉

I have a lot of questions to ask you about this resort and any others like it. Here they are. 1) Can you drink the fresh water? 2) How do resorts like these get fresh water for people to drink, bathe, and cook? 3) What do they do with the trash, sewage, and waste water (from washing dishes, bathing, and water from sinks)? 4) How do they get electricity to power everything on the island? 5) How do they get the gas to cook the food? I hope you can answer these for me? Thanks.

I have no idea why, but when I first watched this video in November of 2018 (I was 17) I was like "That place is gorgeous"
Little did I know, 9 months later, me and my boyfriend (He was 18) went there and stayed for 3 weeks for his 18th birthday in the same room type! (It was basically a surprise for me and my boyfriend from both our parents and we were both shocked)
So I came back and searched for the video and it's still here now!
