Nope you can have their chicken and fish but not their meat as they usually cook thwir beef patties and their bacon on the same grills/griddles. How they cook their chicken is in a completely separate area and they use the method of pressure cooking for their chicken and fish patties. So because of this method of cooking for their chicken/fish patties it would be permissible.

No! Only the fillet of fish and french fries you can eat as fish is halal and they use vegetable oils in the french fries and all other foods.
