Increase your productivity by using Q-Dir File Explorer and Manager
Get rid of opening multiple folders and switching them back and forth
Keep your directories open no matter if your computer gets rebooted because of windows updates or for some other reasons
Open folders in tabs instead of separate file explorer windows

Super and weel explained. Just one query: do you know how to list files in a folder to have the sub-folders alphabetic and the files in descending time? Thank you

You might want to use groups to achieve this, In the Q-Dir's menu bar,
1- Click 'View', then scroll to 'Group by' and click 'Date modified', then repeat the same and click 'Descending'
2- Click 'View', then scroll to 'Sort by' and click 'Name', then repeat the same and click 'Ascending'
Hopefully it would do something similar that you want. :)
