Truly mind blowing books! Golden Age comics are the best comics to collect! 😃
Thanks for a revealing interview about the good old days of golden age comics, comicons and raw and Cgc Pedigrees Mr. Bedrock City Comics.
Golden age goodness. Wow.
So many amazing books!
The grades on those GA books is just insane!
Great video, doesn't get much better than Mr. Bedrock!

Awesome! Love this. Those books, and the stories around them are fantastic. More of this!
We have a new episode coming every week. We have a several different of collectors recorded and going to post production now. We have more Richard coming as well a little later in the year.
I would be honored just to hold a Church book. So many of these are grails. Just wow.
That captain marvel is a really cool cover
Cool comics
Wow a great set of Golden age books. Planet Comics has some of my favorite covers from that era.
Love hearing the stories and seeing all the Golden Age greatness!
I love these show-and-tell shows. So many great books and stories.
Richard is an absolute legend.
Loved this show. Really cool listening to Mr. Evans stories and those books, WOW!! Keep up the great content!
He is the MAN!
There's a hole between my More Fun #64 and #66 and that #65 would fit right in there.
It's so cool that this gentleman mentions John Verzyl; when I was a kid he had a comic shop in Alhambra, CA near where I grew up called Comic Heaven. I would sometimes go there to buy my weekly comics and it was a pretty standard shop; I didn't find out until a few years later that he had one of the most impressive comic collections on the planet. Thanks for the good memories.
Awesome video! Love the history
Man I really love this show and tell interview format. I really think you are on to something.
I would totally be into a whole series where you traveled and interviewed people from all around the community with epic collections. I really love not only seeing the collection's but also hearing people's collecting story.👍👍
That is exactly what I am doing. I have some trips coming up with other collections/collectors in the near future.
@@futurepastvintagecollectables I'll be here watching.👍

Great video! Love the stories behind every book. I can't remember what I had for lunch two days ago but I know what I paid for my Avengers #10 I bought in "72

My collection is crying right now 😂 Great episode David and Richard!
Pete showed his kung Fu comic book
Do you collect transformers?
No, I don’t collect them per say, but I will pick up copies when I see them if they are nice for resale.
@@futurepastvintagecollectables because I have 11 transformers comics and all of them are graded cgc 10.0 each! Is a collection that no one has! If you know someone let me know you can get a percentage of you help me out 👌
I would auction them or put them in a high volume online store for a commission personally if I wasn’t waiting for speculation. I have not had anyone ask me for transformers yet.
@@futurepastvintagecollectables where would I auction them at? Any suggestions?
I personally would speak to Comiclink first and have them valuate them. Ask for Ross in sales. If you want another option I would go to Heritage next. Just call them to get estimates. Heritage cost more, but they sometimes (not always) get more money.
