Edit: I was(/am still) pissed at what she said, I know that T could cause horrible side effects if taken too much or if the dosage is too high. I am unsure if it actually causes people to become crippled (Obviously if its in the dangerous way) but I'm talking about going to a doctor and making sure you are all good and in the green. I would like to do more reserch on this but I just wanted to point that out incase someone was like "wElL iT cAn DuMb AsS" If it does then please tell me. While I'm not going to be able to start T for the next 3+ years, it would be nice to have and know this information. You’re mom told you exactly what my mom told me. She thinks I’m mutilating my body by getting top surgery and wanting male hormones. She doesn’t get that I’m trying to create a body that I can be comfortable in.. that really sucks Btw I’m not on T and I probably won’t be (soon), so I’m not sure of the health risks, but I’ve never heard that it can decrease your lung capacity or fuck up your back.. maybe ask a doctor or just call a GIC to ask 😄
Leilani testosterone doesnt affect back or lungs. Any hormones you take has an increase risk of what that biological person would have. So for example, testosterone can increase your bad cholesterol. But that's normal because biological men can have naturally high bad cholesterol. So as long as it isnt in your Gene's, the likelihood of it affecting you is small. There isnt much difference between the types of administrative you use. If you take too much hormones for too long it can damage your legs. But it's unlikely you'll have a doctor that doesnt know what they're doing to cause those affects.

He doesn't list meny fruits but fruits like grapes, pomogranate, bananas, water melon and especially pineapple having a chemical essential to testosterone production!!!😁 ALSO beans in white, black, kidney beans will boost T and help your heart and give plenty protein. Also green tea lowers a bit of estrogen and increases estradiol wich has something to do with testosterone but I am not a expert, also you can put honey in that tea to help T! P.S. thank you so much for this video so helpful been doing testosterone meals for some days and I have been feeling amazing in my body!!!
not sure i think the hormones in plants are different i once heard soy milk makes you grow breasts but then heard that disproved saying the hormones in the milk were plant hormones and dairy milk would be more likely than anything

Yea I definitely did, I didn’t do a strict diet so the changes where minimal, but a good diet with products containing natural testosterone boosters can really bring changes

I know this is a bit late but push ups are good, so are dips, this is where you put your hands on something with your elbows up and lift your weight up and down, you can do this on your bed. Also if you struggle doing many push ups you can do wall push ups to build it up or put your knees to the floor when you do them, if you need abs or anything I recommend sit ups and plank and also for legs do some running. (From a FTM)

Okay i'm not saying this bc i'm vegan. But be careful with dairy products. Milk for instance can boost estrogenlevels up to 80%, similar with butter. Red meat also increases your estrogen. As well as Coffee. It is often something like a two sided swort (a saying in my language but translated bad). Some testobooster also increase estrogen. For the Fish and seafood in General: it is the Omega 3 fat in it that works that way. For my fellow non-meat eater: just think about where the animal gets the nutriens it holds from. Algae for example. Like in Sushi.

It’ll do nothing. Vitamin D can make you ‘absorb’ more testosterone from other products. But even if you take all the items in this video.. chances are the changes will be minimal 😕

I don’t like taking medication or pills but my doctor prescribed me vitamin D. Learning that this boost testosterone makes it easier to take my pills.
Vitamine D is really good for you, even the supplements. I take vitamin D almost daily and I feel so much better when I take it 😄

It’ll do nothing. Vitamin D can make you ‘absorb’ more testosterone from other products. But even if you take all the items in this video.. chances are the changes will be minimal 😕
