Tomoya Ohtani was the lead composer for this game and he has a habit of bringing like, his favorite bands in to make (generally Intro and credits) songs for the series. Like, I know he wasnt the first to do it, Jun Sunoe was the one that got Crush 40 on board for SA1, SA2, and Heroes, but he certainly made a habit out of it. in Unleashed he brought on Bowling For Soup (the guys that did a Majority of Phineas and Ferb's musical numbers) for Endless Possibility, Colors had Cash Cash doing Reach for the Stars, Forces brought in Sleeping with Sirens and Hoobastank for a few tracks, and Frontiers has Sleeping with Sirens come back alongside One Ok Rock and Nate Wants to Battle

Finally, a accurate depiction to how i reacted. Even as a long time sonic fan who eats peak music on the regular. They really spoiled us this time. But fr, weve been getting banger like these since 1998. Sonic has just always been built with hard rock and hair metal. Im just so happy Frontiers was high profile enough to feed people outside this fandom. Now ya gotta listen to I'm Here Revisited. Its the true final boss song.
The first time Undefeatable started playing in the game I had the biggest and stupidest grin on my face. It felt like I was 8 years old again and Sonic was the coolest thing I had ever seen in my life
If I requested either of those, it would have been really close to the 20 minute limit (not including intro/outro and any intermissions/pausing between the requests). Doesn’t mean anyone else can’t request them for him to react to those
"This is Villain arc music!" Considering Sonic is Lawful Evil that's not too farfetched, though these themes are incredible even on their own. Undefeatable is the best of the three themes in my opinion. The perfect blend of frantic energy, screamo death metal and softer breakdowns. Break through it all unfortunately is the weakest of the three, granted its still great, it just doesn't quite fit right. I'd need someone more knowledgeable than me to explain it properly. Sonic Frontiers is the first main sonic game I've played since Unleashed. And I gotta say, it was well worth the money. Can't wait for the DLC.
Sonic isn't evil. He's Chaotic Good. He believes in freedom even if that means someone uses that freedom for bad....That just means he has the freedom to stop their plans from hurting people or taking other's freedom. Thats why he lets Eggman go. He stops his schemes but he doesn't impede Eggman's own freedom by imprisoning him or offing him, and hopes he'll do something good with his freedom one day.
@@RaxusXeronos Ah, but have you considered that Sonic had no problems murdering King Arthur? While he does turn out to be a demon, Sonic has no reason to know that. He even states that he "Can't be the hero every time." combine that with his constant altercations with the government and military and you have someone who is a good person who will do outright evil things for the sake of others. Chaotic Good is doing the right thing for the wrong reasons. Lawful Evil is doing the wrong thing for the right reasons. Sonic is the latter.
@@S.A.F.T.I Chaotic Good is doing good regardless of laws. Which fits Sonic. Sonic didn't go out of his way to kill 'Arthur'. He just happened to fade away after Sonic beat him. He said that in regards to Merlina trying to stall her world's story from ending. She was doing evil things in order to achieve that. She was unnaturally trying to lengthen the Kingdom of Camelot's time while oppressing the people living there. Sonic was ok with being considered a villain in HER eyes if it meant saving people out from under her iron fist. He would rather free Camelot to fall naturally as time passed than to let Merlina keep twisting it to preserve the Kingdom. Every story has to eventually come to an end, even his. And the only time Sonic has been at true odds with the government is when they were, stupidly, mistaking him for Shadow. That fits his Chaotic Good alignment. He cherishes his freedom so he's not going to stick around, locked up, and he went to clear his name by fighting Shadow. Nothing he's ever done is 'Evil'
@@RaxusXeronos Sonic absolutely went out of his way to kill King Arthur, that was literally the whole point of that adventure. Commiting Regicide against a tyrant. My point was that Sonic has no code of ethics against doing terrible things to get a job done. Including wrecking billions in military hardware instead of clearing his name. He wasn't at Prison Island to do that, he wanted to ambush Shadow and see what was going on. A Chaotic Good character would still try and at least clear things up. A Neutral character wouldn't care either way. The only thing that's left over is Lawful Evil, someone who's willing to do terrible things for a positive result. I don't know how else to put this, Sonic acts Chaotic Good, but he'll play the Lawful Evil type if he thinks it's warranted.
Sonic taking down a dark oppressive ruler in order to free the people under his rule, AFTER SOMEONE PLEADED WITH HIM TO DO SO, does not make him evil. It was also the only way to stop Arthur. Sonic evading false imprisonment and trashing some machines does not make him evil. A Chaotic Good character does good regardless of laws and normally advocates for freedom which is straight up Sonic's whole character. A Lawful Evil character does evil within his own code of conduct without regard to the lives of others or their freedom. Eggman is closer to this. He and Sonic are polar opposites on the alignment chart.
Ok, you NEED to listen to the new tracks that were added to the game in the new update. The new boss fight almost made me cry. Granted I haven't cried at all in months and have only shed a single tear twice in years.
I mainly watch your rwby reactions but heres a cool little fact. Sega (creators of sonic) did something called the Sonic Symphony World Tour and one of there shows they got Casey Lee Williams as a vocalist and she sung Undefeatable and Break Through it All and multiple sonic songs at the show. Casey's vocals really fit the songs and i hope they get her to do songs for the franchise.

What do you mean with "Jun brought Crush 40 on board"?
Jun Senoue *_IS_* 50% of Crush 40! =P
I think the people playing all non-lead instruments have always shifted over the years.
But anyway, I'm looking forward to what both Senoue-san and Ohtani-san, as well as Tee Lopes are gonna cook in the future! =D
@@Kniffel101 I legitimately didn't know that until now but he still had to convince the other guy to do it.
I'm obsessed with the series, not the development team, unlike some people in the fandom 😬
Well, I would assume that if you're passionate about the series, looking into the people who made them is a natural thing to happen? @@CassiusStelar
Also like, basically every Crush 40 live presence is Jun and Johnny as the leads, have you not seen the Sonic Symphony? =P
@@Kniffel101 I have absolutely not seen the sonic symphonies. Most of my time is spent working, programming my own game, or playing the one or two games a month I allow myself to buy.
Oh well, then I highly recommend it!
There's a live "world tour" show going on currently, but the very first one is on RUclips for free, by SEGA themselves! Also perfect to just keep running as a "playlist" while working! @@CassiusStelar
Your hype is my hype!!! My reaction at first was too priceless and playing at the same time made it sweeter
This music is the heart of my morning Playlist at work. You want something to get you going first thing in the morning? This shit right here!!
"They got Trunks'd" my thoughts exactly. Its even funnier when you realised the first boss got killed the same way king picolo did in dragon ball...head through chest
And Wyvern was killed almost the same as Yakon (albeit it was killed by its own missiles, whereas Yakon was killed just by pure energy)
YOU REACTED THE SAME WAY I DID 😂 I WAS GEEKIN' WHEN THESE PLAYED DURING THE FIGHTS
Its the true final boss song.
you forgot im here the final boss song that know has both a original version and a revisited version from the DLC and both are bangers
The first time Undefeatable started playing in the game I had the biggest and stupidest grin on my face. It felt like I was 8 years old again and Sonic was the coolest thing I had ever seen in my life
Damn I’m surprised I’m here and Vandalize wasn’t requested as well. My man’s missing out. 😂
If I requested either of those, it would have been really close to the 20 minute limit (not including intro/outro and any intermissions/pausing between the requests). Doesn’t mean anyone else can’t request them for him to react to those
Finally I found someone who reacted the same as me with tremendous songs WHAT ARE A FUCKING BOMB 😂
Yeah I still play these songs almost daily... Slaps so good omg
13:16
ここの「ミィ゙!!!!!!」すきすぎる
Damn this reaction was amazingggg
12:32 song was so good, bro started beefing with the chair
These songs inspired me to buy this game and I have 0 regrets this is one of my favorite games and I don't even play sonic games much
Break through it all is my favorite of the three, it’s so good.
The singer is Kellin Quinn, just fyi. ;) WIDE vocal range.
"This is Villain arc music!"
Considering Sonic is Lawful Evil that's not too farfetched, though these themes are incredible even on their own.
I started playing Frontiers about 4 months ago.
The hype is STILL fresh. 😎
3:43 does he know?
Dude, i loved your reactions so much, you gained a new sub in less than 5 minutes 🔥
sonic songs are awesome
also can confirm, this IS in the game. I've beaten the story so far. hyped for the 3rd DLC too come out which is suppose too add more content.
All of these songs are amazing. I would know.
I look forward to finding a lady, getting married, spending 12K on a wedding and sneaking these tracks into the ceremony playlist. Masterplan.
🤣
If I ever find a husband myself, songs like this, KROWW and Eisbrecher are going on that list... And Sleep Token lol
Funny enough this song is the theme for the FIRST BOSS in the game.
sonic songs have alway slapped hard. it should be one of the internat rules. sonic songs rock: no exceptions.
Yes. Yes these songs are in the game.
Actually if they haven't recon story tell sonic games in black knight use calibur and Excalibur so he could use a sword.
Funny thing is that someone has modded the game to have it be Excalibur Sonic vs the Knight
@Killerofthenight80 really I would actually like to see that.
@@jonathanslye85 yeah there’s a video of someone where they have it where different versions of Sonic (Hyper, DarkSpine, Corrupted (I think), etc) fight all of the Titans.
Dont forget final fantasy sonic x
@@aahiljcat what?
Sonic games always have good music
This is the most hilarious reaction to the Sonic bosses I've ever seen 🤣
Yup! these song are in the game!! They are the themes of the boss-titans, Giganto, Wyvern And Knight! Theres also one last titan in the game named supreme, with the song “Im Here” in its boss battle! 😊 if you do ever end up getting this game, i recommend saving a file before challenging the titans, as their battles are pretty fun! And you cant replay them. Unless you replay the whole game!
Updates happened, u can play them again now
@@youneskacimi7746 only in boss rush, no one wants to go through every boss in the game to reach the one they want, plus your timed anyway so it ruins the experience.
Oh my god i would pay so much to get you to play this game PLEASE
You really need to hear “I’m here”
only the first boss of the game.... soo hyped for FREE update 3
all of the songs u listen to are the boss theme song in the game
If you really want to play sonic frontiers I highly recommend it, especially when the last update which is a story expansion coming just next month called the final horizons which will include a new story and playable characters
We should recommend him Sonic frontiers Cyber space music!
Yes, Yes this is all in the game🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
All the boss songs are a reflection of what Sonic Team has been through.
sonic frontiers playthrough! make it happen.
“Ain’t no way Sonic got the sword” 2009 Sonic begs to differ👌👌ALL HAIL THE ONE AND TRUE KING ARTHUR
I wasn’t going to buy sonic frontiers but when I heard the first song I went straight to GameStop
