Just replaced my rear control arms and track bar on 2010 1500 2wd ram with trq parts. Impressed on quality of the parts. The price, much better than the others. Still need to replace couple others, first place I'm looking is trq.
My 2002 ram 1500 rwd bolts were not pull out, they were pull down (they bolted upwards). I didn't know inside the frame was a bracket that the bolts bolted into. 1 of the brackets welds busted and it moved around and made the job a lil more difficult. I was able to put my finger in the hole of the frame and position it where I needed. I used a jack to jack up the sway bar and put the bolts in.
What size front sway bar bushings you use on your bar?. I ordered a pair from Trq that said they were 33mm/34mm and they are like 1 inch too small. Big gap when tightening the bracket to the frame like 1 linch. I measured my bar on my 02 dodge ram v6 2wd with a caliper micrometer and my bar is 33mm.
I have a squeak in the front of my 2013 Ram 1500. I saw this video and thought it could be this bushing on the sway bar. I think it is squeaking somewhere else also. It squeaks when I turn the steering wheel and also when bouncing the front end up and down. I am going to view your other front end bushing vids to give me other ideas. Also looking to see where all the bushings are at to try to lube them all to solve the squeak. Your thoughts would be appreciated. BIG THANX

You don't need to raise the front end. You can do it on the ground by reaching from underneath and from over the tire.
Thank you! I'm getting a bonk on the driver's side, outside the chipmunk nest in the air intake and that, I'm super happy with the truck!
What kind of grease?
WoW!!! Will be doing this tomorrow thanks
I installed new bushings and now I get a sound similar to a balloon being stretched, any idea what's wrong?
I'm gonna put the slit at the top since it looked like the bar was wanting to pull downwards on the old ones.
Wow, I'm a grandma and going to do this myself!
why copper anti seize? Good video.
Just Incase bolts get stuck on dry it makes it easier for them to come out. It's also similar for use on spark plug threads.
What size the bolts are would be really useful to know but all your videos don't tell what size any bolts are on any how to repairs you do
Appreciate this. Thanks
Nice to have a lifter 😂
Verhicle lol…
