it's true that center govt. is cutting off the education budget.
I studied in Navodaya Vidyalaya, which was considered as one of the best initiative of center, it is in every district of India and provide best possible education of poor and middle class people.
But now they are not sending money the the school according to the requirement. And the situation of these schools are getting worst and worst.

1. Not to Encourage Early Marriage, eg., when they marry at 18+ they become grandparents by 38+ instead marry at 25+ so that one generation will reduce for every three generations.
2. In accordance to support late marriages educate the children so that they concentrate on studies up to certain age.
3. Collect TAX from those couple who are involved in overpopulation.
4. Govt should not give any free subsidy to those who are involved in overpopulation eg., giving reservation and making their life secure just because they are backward, if couple have more kids how they can provide good resources to their kids obviously they will be backward though out their and their future generations.

Who is demanding everything out of a government? Most people who know what they are talking about, the usual thing that they accuse government of, is for too much meddling into our lives, and interfering with the proper functioning of the economy and the creation of our jobs. We want the government to get out of the way and to stop robbing us of our freedoms, and we do not expect for government to bribe us giving us lots of goodies that the taxpayer has to pay crazy high taxes for.
1-child tyranny is not reasonable. How did you miss that? Did you not see where I said to let the population grow? Most people are naturally *AGAINST* population control of fellow human beings. Most everybody wants to produce a family, most everybody has babies. Huge numbers of people have objections to all methods of birth control. There are huge numbers of people who want big families in India. 1-child tyranny is not the answer. India can hold lots more people, if properly developed for that very purpose. Trains would not be so crowded, if "overpopulation" propagandists did not take photos or video of people crowding after a religious festival, and pretend like that represents "overpopulation". I have heard that trains are crowded, because the government runs a transportation monopoly. If private buses could charge a little bit more, then they would not need to be crowded. I have seen subway trains in the big city within The United Slaves of America, run every 10 minutes. If the train runs every hour, and if the government limits the number of trains and charges a crazy low price to ride, well of course it is going to be crowded, because it is designed to be crowded, and trains and buses are outdated century-old technology anyway. Why not build SkyTran to divert some of the traffic congestion? Quite many "overpopulation" photos of crowds, have little or nothing to do with so-called "overpopulation". Why would the photographer choose the most crowded place, as if that was representative of the overall situation? That is being intentionally misleading, but perhaps it was not the photographer who was attempting to mislead, but rather the person who uses of a photo of a crowd and calls that "overpopulation" by name or by association.
Most people will not agree with the fake science of "overpopulation" if questions are asked more fairly. Why are you conflating poverty and lack of proper development with "overpopulation"? If overpopulation, then why are people moving *TO* the huge cities, rather than away from the cities, in search of jobs? How can it be "overpopulation" if people choose to gravitate towards the more crowded places? Why aren't the people spreading out into and filling up the countryside then?
Please do not assume that everybody buys into the Malthusian gloom-and-doom nonsense of so-called "overpopulation". I obviously am not a Malthusian, and most people are not. Most people are naturally *AGAINST* population control of fellow humans beings. Most people in most countries, still believe that people should have however many children that they have, and still believe that families come in all sizes.
As a pro-lifer, I would never dare ask that people limit themselves to 1 child, which is so unreasonable. And I already said something about how 1-child tyranny promotes unfair "sex selection". Simply not disclosing which gender the sex of the baby is, is not an adequate response to the problem. Abortion is murder and should be banned. We can not reasonably limit how many children families have, as it is immoral and impractical. Contraceptives are harsh and have unwanted side-effects. More natural methods of so-called "family planning" require too much willpower. I imagine that quite many people who object to side effects of contraceptives, are not going to use natural methods either, and I do not expect for them to. I believe it quite okay for people to say that they are okay with their fertility and that they see no need to control it, and they just let baby after baby after baby push out of their bodies. Birthing babies is just as natural as eating, as breathing, as the heart beating. I can no more expect for people to stop having so many babies, as to stop breathing so much. We don't limit how much people can breathe the air that God gave us for free, neither should we expect for them to limit how many babies that they might conceive. Like I said, I have no sinister agenda to control the natural growth of human populations, I believe we should not restrain our growth at all. Just let the population rise however much that it wants or needs to.
Responsibility means taking care of your children, and providing for them, and loving them, and training them up in the moral ways of God. But nowhere in the Bible does it say to limit the number of children that we produce. I should know. I have read the entire Bible.
Yosef MacGruber there are too many questions you addressed, I may not be able to answer that cause I cannot remember all the questions while I'm writing this, but few I can answer. I'm not saying every people should be forced to produce only one child, but provide condition for e.g if you want govt job you need not have any siblings, others who have their own business there will be no such rules. The way you address 1 child policy (OCP) is itself the problem with people like (1-child "Tyranny") it's not a tyranny, it's not a move for the government, its a move for the people, today most of youth are jobless in engineering sectors, students are distinguish for 1 marks or even 1/2 marks that's ridiculous. An equally bright student remains jobless without contributing to the society, remaining just as a consumer. What a hell!. The claim that you made that people are Against OCP is a false statement, there might be but it's not majority. And majority decides in a democracy. People like you are empathizing it as a tyranny but if you think and be responsible it should not be a tyranny. I can give you an analogy. A student preparing for a competitive exam has to struggle and work hard to get good grades, for the student, it may seem a state of "tyranny" to work sacrificing his/her happiness but when s/he reaps good result s/he would be proud of themselves. You and people like you should have same mentality like that of the student. I have been to slums, the parents are having 7-8 children! I support educating them for better family structure, but I know that they hardly care of education. They don't have plan for producing child. They just do it for sex. There are no other source of recreation in the slums. They are ignorant of the problems of overpopulation and they hardly care. OCP implemented in this area would definitely curb the growth of slum, poverty. They are the worst problem in India. OCP implemented over 20 years or a certain period will bring down the huge(compared to other countries) population and then they can abolish this law to bring natural reproduction rate
Secondly, you said that it is a propaganda by the media to portray such videos during festival season?. In this video I can see men wearing formals going to office, if you are not convinced go to Dadar station in Mumbai and try to catch a local train in first try😀. This is a problem. This is not a propaganda by media, what will media benefit? Compared to other countries our country is highly overpopulated. I made no remarks on population of other countries. They are doing good. So I am not an Anti-human. I'm being strict so that in future people don't experience scarce natural resources. Sometimes we need to take harsh steps for betterment of the society.

No, you may not discriminate against large families. All of those people have the natural or God-given right to live, including procreation, even their many children. The parents have a duty to provide for their children. So why are you trying to deny them good jobs for which they could be qualified? There is no need to control the population growth. There are places all around to put more people. Even India can hold quite a lot more people, properly developed for that very purpose. I am a pro-lifer. I have no sinister agenda to impose deceptive or cruel population controls onto people. If a family needs 10 children to be fulfilled, then they need to have 10 children, perhaps even 12, however many. Perverse incentives against large families, are highly immoral. There is no moral basis nor any practical means of imposing population control onto people.
And actually, other factors being equal, I would vote for the candidates who have the most children, not few, because I want for my rights to have children to be respected, and because there is that saying that "You must first rule your family before you can rule a nation." So other factors being equal, I consider the candidate who has the larger number of children, to be more trustworthy, and to have more relevant experience in how to best manage a highly populous country.

I very much agree with people in the slums, pushing out 7 and 8 babies. Why not? Like you said, they have nothing better to do than to grow their families. Like them, I have many objections to all methods of birth control. Who are you? Who is anybody to say that the lives of the poor are not worth living? Of course they are worth living. People should not have to use birth control that they do not want. What is needed is more indoor flush toilets, and to build more housing, and to put the people to work building that stuff, yet the people sit at home unemployed when they want to go to work, because the corrupt government squashes the economy, or due to a lack of proper leadership. They just do it for sex? That is overly simplistic, even if seemingly true. But even American liberals insist that as human populations grow, more people should become sexually active. However, they think that sex ≠ babies? But sex = babies. Our pop music insists that everybody has to have so much sex. So babies start to come out of more and more baby holes, as the population grows and grows. More people start families, and then they are having babies also. Like so many people, I think there should be more sex going on in the world, and not less. However, whatever happened to personal responsibility? Marriage before sex, take care of your children. You want to deny people the means to take care of their children. Huge numbers of people believe to *NOT* use birth control. I believe that humans should not use birth control. Let slums fill up with children, however, why not build better housing, and better places for people to live? People have the natural right, God-given right, to procreate wherever they live. In highrise apartments, in nice homes, inside of the slums.
I think in the slums, families live so close to one another, that they hear the natural music of their many neighbors reproducing babies, and so it increases sexual arousal so that they have to produce babies also. How can anybody struggle against nature to use rhythm method, not have sex during the most fertile time of the month, when they hear the natural music of neighbors enjoying sex? And there are no empty rooms, people are inside of every room possible, so husband and wife have to sleep together and they are going to do the sex. I read on some website, what do you do if you hear the neighbors having sex through the thin apartment walls. Well if you are married, you can have sex at the same time. And no doubt, that is what a lot of people do. I would in that case. I have heard the neighbors having sex on a few occasions, and had I been married and with my wife at the time, I probably would do the sex also, as what else is there to do, when you think about how good it feels the neighbors mating, making their babies to come to life? Also, I think that there is now so much human life on the planet, that the human scent of opposite sex "in heat" needing sex, wafts through all the atmosphere, making humans desire sex all the more. We can't really sense it consciously, because we smell other people all the time, so much that any individual person hardly seems to have any scent at all, because our noses are tired of the human scent all the time. But our bodies know it, and so we crave sex all the more.
1-child policy can not reasonably work in the slums. It is unrealistic and cruel, and denies people the children that they want. Endless violations of bad government policy, there would be some revolt, politicians responsible lose their bid for re-election. It is unpopular with the people, they do not want it.
I am quite okay with countries like India having huge human population, because it helps them do their part to help the planet hold more billions of people, but I do want for them to improve infrastructure and to improve housing conditions, but without blaming families and without being anti-children.
India population might be very high, but it is not over-high. Due to morality and ethics, you can not deny the right of the people to be just so many. They have every right to live and to procreate. Rather, build up the country better, so as to more comfortably and safely hold more people. And if India can't seem to do this, well I welcome people of India to come to my country, we have plenty of room, provided that they learn English and can meet reasonable immigration requirements. Or go to Australia or Canada or wherever they want to go. Civilized people should be able to live most anywhere in the world that they want to.
Most all scarcity is phony, the predictable results of rampant government corruption. I notice rich people not having to go without anything. There is plenty of everything for people with money to buy it. Yet where are the jobs? Why are people forced into unemployment by rampant government corruption squashing the economy? Families come in all sizes, and like so many people, I also have objections to all methods of birth control. Birthing babies is just as proper and natural as eating, as breathing, as the heart beating. People should respect and embrace their natural reproductive cycles, and welcome babies to push out freely without some unneeded burden to use unnatural and nasty birth control.
