Lovely rotary action by all involved. I'm very appreciative of ItsHords' livery on their Puma, a glowing tribute to the fastest Radish in motorsport, and also to Alex's Bilstein paint job. I'm sure Super GT, Misha and the Broadbented One will agree.

As an RX-8 owner, it was great to see some Dorito-on-Dorito action!
My dad had a 2nd gen RX8 until recently. Great fun to drive.
To be pedantic, there was only one generation. There was a face lift though.
I had a 2004 model for a few years until the sills rotted through. It was a great car - I prefer MX-5s (and am back in a '5 again now), but the RX-8 was a lot of fun too, and I definitely have a soft spot for them.
The S2 facelift does look good.@@michaelbrose

I very much enjoyed my RX8 think it had podium pace in race one but started at the back and was caught in a lot of fighting. Happy with 2nd in race 3 hopefully a win soon.
My RX-7 was good but I was lacking in confidence at times, also idk why my car had that weird livery at suzuka as it was supposed to just be grey

I was only just out of bed for this so my driving wasn't quite up to scratch 😅 my RX7 was nice to drive, though I wish I'd had the time to build something more interesting

@calebrw I was 9 or 10 when I first got xbox live and I remembered hearing a youtuber I watched say it once, just found it funny. I had to use numbers in place of letters because the username was taken otherwise :p

FailRace tries real hard to be courteous and makes as clean a passes as he can. Most of the other drivers don't care and aren't polite.
I was cheering Gliscor since they have a supremely good taste in cars (full disclosure: I own an '81 RX-7 and an '01 RX-7 ;) )

I am curious to what others think, on the last lap of the first race, was squeezing that much passable? I am stumped since by the book I am assuming the move is okay since from the racing line he made one move which was to squeeze but it would be a reactive squeeze at the last moment when he saw brazen pull out as he had the run, maybe I guess at best it would be frowned upon? Thoughts anyone, curious as to the other perspectives.
I think it was a very late reactive move. I'd definitely be upset if it happened to me.
Yes, technically speaking I would’ve been “allowed” to spin a Mazda RX8 into the wall haha. But at the end of the day we’re just racing for fun and as long as there’s no blatant cheating/wrecking going on, a little bit of pushing, squeezing and shoving is all good :)

I will openly admit that the squeeze was absolutely on the limit. While a Corsa's width was left (just) it was a very aggressive manoeuvre. In real motorsport series I've seen penalties given for that and penalties not given. If this was a serious esport race and i got a penalty for that i certainly wouldn't complain, but equally in racing we are all pushing to get the best finish position so you flirt with the limits lol
