  • A couple of ways to play your drum without a tipper. One uses the back of the hand and is similar to traditional tipper styles, the other is more influenced by Middle Eastern drum technique

    Well presented, good sir.
    Hopefully to widen of the focus those Bodhran players who tend to stick with the present, not delving into the past or looking into our association with similar hand drums of the world.

    that was really good, I started using thumb and pinky of the same hand, rotating hand,, kind of like a Hawaiin hand gesture.
