Sorry but We are Filipinos and not all parents push their children to marry or date foreigners. I personally am not interested in having a foreigner as a partner. I still prefer Filipino cause no need to adjust. Pls. dont generalize Filipinos as interested in having foreigners as husband/wife. My take? i prefer a Filipino and a Catholic
It's better for you guys to go to Thailand or Vietnam and make it your homebase than the Philippines. As a filipino i dont want my country to be overly saturated with foreigners like what's happening now in the UK or Canada. You can just visit the country 30 days then leave. Thailand is heaver for westerners.
Vietnam’s future for 10 years more 20 years more will be not the same like thai land. Because their economy is not base on tourism as much as thai land. Their developing base on agriculture and industrial more like china, japan. So because of that thai land is more modern for tourists. and If you ask me about my opinion i will choose viet nam because their culture will be hold very tight, the gem is beaty just when is be hidden and vietnam is a special country in the world. When you travel to a place that they use their language more than english, you win
This is the problem now when it comes to blogging. A lot of things have been said about the Philippines. But big queation is, so the tourists spend time learning and underatand the culture of the Philipp8nes? It's easy to pinpoint all the negatives and positives of the country, but at the end of the day, we have to spend time with the culture of the country. We travelers learn every time we visit a place, but we ended up missing the purpose of our travel. Are we swayed to visit that place because we heard so much information about it or we just wanted to experience the culture. I've traveled in different countries and I can say that 100% they do things differently based on their culture. We tourists can not impose what we want to experience or dictate them to do just to satisfy our needs or expectations. Instead, we have to learn and appreciate the country without any biases.
If you don't like us I mean the Philippines it's all right you may go don't go back everyone is have a right to go anywhere in the world I love my country I love my culture if you don't like it go away we don't care I believe that if you can't adapt our culture them fly away goodbye
At the end of the day, your own personal experience is the most credible fact you can depend on because everyone has different opinion and take on things. In short it doesnt mean that my preference is the same as yours. So why not go there in thailand and vietnam and explore then decide what is suitable for you.
The truth there is , to gather the views and subscribers not only in the Philippines but also to other asian country. That's why they need to leave and go to other country.
Can you make a video on which is better Phillipines and Thialand I am up in the air right now. Not looking for girlfriend or wife just want a decent life style at a good cost. It has become so expensive here in the west.
You can get many different perspectives from watching these videos, and it a good way to get your bearings straight, but honestly you need to actually go and see for yourself!! Taking several trips to the areas you find most appealing. I will be finding many more videos on all these places, and doing some vlogging on my trips.
Having spent time in all of the SEA countries and now living full time in Thailand for the last 10 years... here's what I think, my comment, your comment request at the 08:35 minute mark. It is music to my ears when expats choose the PH, or Singapore, or Malasia over Thailand. Because, to be honest, I don't really want anymore expats moving into my neighborhood... 🤷♂🤷♂ There's a reason many of us left the states as soon as we could... I'll let you fill in the blanks why.
Thankfully most will not follow through, and the more I talk with people, the more I get a sense that everyone has a different opinion of where and why. But you not only have been in Thailand, but have had the experiences of going throughout most of South East Asia, and have found your home. Thank you for your input.... I hope to chat with you more sometime, I think your experience could be very insightful!

stay 20 years in phuket can not one word thai happy for that dont want talk and have thai friends ore there culture but we have every thing you can buy for money banks and internet super thats what i use ATM every where
Are you planning on going to Asia soon if so let me know I am thinking about going over there. First time I will be out of USA I live in Texas now and will be leaving out of Dallas.
I am... but like I say, I'm too young to collect my pension and Social Security, and I do not have the investments that could sustain me. I am looking at various remote jobs, income streams, and we then shall see!!
I spent a week in Manila and surrounding suburbs back in 2011. I pretty much found it very similar to Bangkok, with notable cultural exceptions of course. Back then, the infrastructure was a bit behind Bangkok. Other than the food, the other very noticeable difference was the pollution everywhere. The waterways were incredibly filthy as I recall. In my opinion,, the fact that Thailand has retained its rich cultural history by not succumbing to imperialism, as so many countries have, is the reason Thailand has a more robust tourism sector, thus better infrastructure. King Bhumibol Adulyade's reign of 50 years (correction 70 years), who died about 7 years ago, did some amazing things for Thailand.
Where have you been to Philippines?. If you're a cheapskate Old or backpackers tourist. Sorry, but Philippines is not the place for you. Philippines is a bit expensive for tourist. Being an archiepelago its expensive to hop from one tourist spot to another as you need to do it by plane. For Hotel, you get what you paid for..if you are looking for a cheap place to stay you will ended up in a rundown and dirty place. If you are looking for bar girls, prostitute, ladyboys and cheap night life with lewd shows. You will ended up in a grimy and unsafe place. Prostitution is not legal in the Philippine. All of these place are operating illegally.b

@@roelramos8534 The People, the Culture, are some of the most awesome humans I have ever had the privilege of being with!
It is dangerous and foolish to use one man’s experience as a basis for anything, no matter what that person claims as being very experienced.

Lol foreigners on a budget🤣
Sorry you are wrong. Most people eat out for all meals. Most locals do not cook. During Covid food establishments all remained open because of this.
@@dawncc1 I tend to cook, but I enjoy it, and enjoy fresh meats and vegetables

Philippines are dirty, hotels expensive. Can't comment on Vietnam, haven't been there.
there are definitely areas in the Philippines where they have pollution and garbage issues.....
