- Hey, Flexy gang! Today, we’re focusing on hip mobility. I’ll be targeting the key components of the hips: hamstrings, hip flexors, external rotation, and internal rotation. The goal is to fully mobilize the hips and improve flexibility and range of motion.
Whether you're an athlete, a dancer, or just someone looking to improve your mobility, these exercises will help you achieve better hip mobility. It's more pleasant to work on the front splits in a swimming pool that has steps, if you have access. Also, David, there are benefits to getting visible, IR and UV light on the skin (in addition to vitamin D, and as long as you don't burn). If interested, reply here and I'll attach a couple of links to the review papers. 🙂
