Lumens=unit of amount of light energy emitted,
Lux =unit of intensity of light per unit area.
Both are different.
for example,
In 4 feet 270°(2000lumens) 20w tube light ,light is evenly spread(less intense)(not a eye catcher)
but
in 9w(900 lumens)normal bulb light is more intense(eye catcher),
this doesn't mean 9w is brighter.
Don't compare lux to decide brighter one.
Hence,
Total lumens is responsible for total brightness.

Buy Corvi led lights gives 150 lumens per watt others gives only 100-110 lumens per watt, Corvi gives 5 years replacement warranty. And AC 1.5 tonne with 250-300 watts at continues range 800watts at startup. No need stabilizer just connects with 16 amp socket. Like water heater.

No appliance needs 8800 watts but I guess you may use 8 no of 1000 watts product in home. Like one may use iron box, water heater, AC , washing machine, fan, mixer grinder, fridge, water pump, etc..
