Which is the best or top 3 Omakase in Bangkok according to you ? I'm considering the following because they are close to where I'll be staying.

Thank you for comment. It's really difficult to say which one is the best Bangkok because it is depend on chefs are presented vs customer expectations. Some restaurants have consistent tastiness from beginning to the last course, while some can be a bit bland in the beginning (some people might not like) but after a few courses it's getting better and better and finishing with have mind blowing dessert!
The list you gave is all good to be open mind about it. I would recommend Sushi Masato, but difficult to book (1 month in advance). if you are flexible with time can try if they might have anyone cancel reservation. I went to Umi at Sukhumvit 49 is also good. Chef at this branch say Umi at Sukhumvit 49 tastes a bit stronger than at Gasorn branch. Mono Sei, I have not tried, but looks good. Yuzu Omakase if you like sushi with a bit of fusion. I prefer traditional Japanese style.
my recommendation: be open mind because they all good in their own way.
